Did anyone not study uni despite having the opportunity to after NS ?

Honestly, I am quite a lazy person and I am contemplating to not study uni already...

In poly, I was deadset on going uni so I worked hard.Did quite decently.

But after entering army I realized that there is no point in furthering my studies and just want to work.

Anyone in the same shoes?

My parents are okay with me not going to uni ( We are in the upper middle class). I also said I will never get married and don't plan to

I am a thrifty person also

I am from a pernament non- pes fit status (C/E)

Scared of becoming an upper study in my ASA unit

So I just recently entered my ASA unit in the previous months as a understudy. Currently I have about 3 upper study present.

My superiors are really nice and they are really flexible with the working stuff.

However, I know that as one and one of my upper study ord I will eventually become the most " senior" ASA in the office for my final few months of service. Then I will have my very own junior (understudy) to guide and them the stuff (basically more responsibility)

So how do I cope with this?

Having a female regular crush in my ASA unit.

So in my unit we sit in the same office and she is one of the Commanders that I together with other ASA worked under her.

But what I can't help it is that I haven't told anyone not even the other ASAs that I kinda have a crush for her. I know that just me being delusional since she is an officer while I am just a low ranking nsf.

I have about more than 1 year 6 months till ord but each time I interact with her my heart races and I can't suppress that feeling.

I don't know it made me more motivated to come to camp and not take mcs

Please help me break free from this😭😭

Should I just work at retail stores until I retire?

So I am 20M currently an nsf. Already sick and tired of the rat race thats happening in Singapore want to give up.

Graduated with a diploma in life sciences with an okay gpa but I don't think I want to further my studies as I don't have the motivation anymore

I feel like I am such a let down. My parents gave me everything I wanted but I am such a disappointment to them, I just can't do it anymore

Will mo give more excuses than what my memo states during medical review?

I have a legitimate condition that is affecting me can't do any physical activities as I had surgery and still a present condition

My public hospital specialist is kinda lazy to write properly resulting in the memo being only one liner

Will that be a problem

Why are all the street interviews and TikTok reels are now mostly about dating and what one thinks about the opposite gender

Eh enough is enough lah. Get back to normal content mode please.

Lfmao dating is not everything and it is not even important. At first it was okay, but now it's getting to a point where it's annoying as shit

To those people that are producing these kind of content. Please just stop and get a life. We don't need to know what each gender think about what nor what fcking dating stories people have

Women should serve NS

Imo women should have the exact same NS experience as men and must be conscripted.

Even though I am in a combat service support roles, my encik often say units are facing shortage of manpower.

And since women also enjoy the benefit of staying in Singapore, they should do their part top.

Don't say what girl privilege lah common lah. Toughen up please

So petition for women to fill up the manpower for the different units instead of having women to enjoy the benefit but don't play. Apart

How to expedite pcc appointment?

So I am a pes c9 warrior that entered his vocational training on week ago and honestly things are not looking good

I have anxiety, panick and insomnia issues and have been given excuse stay in, flegs. However the thought of being in this vocation just makes my condition worse (panick attacks and anxiety).

My PCC appointment is in AUG but honestly I don't think I can last till Aug. I most prolly will have to stay here until the review as an SIT before posting out.

I have been to imh once already and I might go again if I can't manage it myself. Is it possible to get long term mc?

NS has made my mental health deproved. Need advice

I am a pes E personnel that recently got into a vocation that is not SA/ASA and it's a vocation that 90% is people from tekong

Ever since I got into that vocation my mental health has been on a downard spiral Everyday thinking about how am I going to survive this 2 years. I am a person that has some issues regarding my health and by adding this new vocation it just makes me more worried

Since then I have been reporting sick almost every single.damn day to voice out my issues to the mo. Mo gave me a bunch of excuses including 84 days excuse stay in and excuse flegs and referred me to pcc in about 2 months timez.

2 months Is a pretty long time, and I don't think I can't ever wait that long. I have reporting sick also for mo to expedite my appointment but I oso don't want to say I have suicide thoughts. I have also been visiting imh regarding this issue and have been given memos which I submitted

I really don't know what to do. PCC is still along way to go. I am currently an SIT and I was told that I might recourse which makes me even more depressed
