Mirror finish..... Alternatives

We have been getting alot of mirrors work, even more coming in from large companies and clients. Polishing by hand is inconsistent and slow (and to be honest painful to be hunched over a bench buffer/grinder all day thats never at the right height for comfort). Are there ANY alternatives out there that resemble #8 mirror or #10 super mirror? Powder coat? Paint? Anything at all. Or maybe a setup that will work better and more efficiently. Currently using a harder wheel and a very fluffy wheel with a green compound and it never seems to be enough to remove the scratches. For finishing we use die grinders and start with 120 grit sandpaper then use a 3m medium grey disk followed by a 2S fine disc. And then polish.

Buds4 pro how do they hold up?

Looking to replace my buds pro first gen I've had since release. For the price the buds4 pro look appealing with my other option being 100$ less and the earfun pro 4+. Are the galaxy 4 pro worth it? Running 179$ right now brand new for the international version and I've never used a warranty before so the savings are worth it. I work in a noisy shop and my buds see alot of abuse, dirt and cleaning usually by chemicals I shouldn't be using. Just need something not held together by tape and super glue

Looking for suggestions/upgrades

So currently I've been rocking some galaxy buds pro (the original). I've had them since release and they've treated me well. I only really use 1 side at a time and almost always the right side (need to be able to hear dlfor safety reasons at work and I've become used to only using one). Well the right side is falling apart cracked everywhere and still becomes 2 pieces when using even with tape and super glue. I'm looking for a quality upgrade that can hold up. What's out there these days? What's the best, comfiest earbud? Something you can wear for 11 hrs straight (with maybe some short breaks where I swap to the other side to give the right side time to charge so it lasts the whole day).

At the end of the day my priorities for earbuds are Comfort Battery Sound quality.

I'm not a DJ or anything special so I don't need the absolute best sound quality but a good in-between is ideal

Jobsite fan issues, how to fix?

Looking for some help fixing this m18 job site fan, was working great, turned it off and then it started doing this. Tried numerous times over the last few weeks and it stays like this except it spun normally for a few seconds right before the video and then went back to this like ticking motion. Blade is not seized or anything. It's got barely any use too.

Shop didn't remove window trim just painted to the edge of it?

Slight overspray on window trim since it wasn't removed but removal and install was on the repair order. Should I say something? I've had issues with every single shop that has touched this car over quality of work. Bubble/wired spot as well in the one area. And some bubbles or something along the bottom of the window trim for the quarter? Or should I just accept that it's a daily driver and live with it?

Claiming lifetime warranty, can a outside network shop do repairs?

Not a member but hit by one, going on 8 months now. I used a network shop (Caliber collision) highly rated but low quality work as I've found out. They have tried for 8 months now to fix their work multiple repaints and sanding and buffing and each time they cause damage to extra panels, quarter panel only was the repair but now I have damage to my hood, bumper, roof and door and even a chip in my rear window which looks like they pried at it with something because their "painted" panel has chips in that exact spot that are rusting already. The last 3 months have been them refusing to cooperate or call me back. At this point I'd rather use a 3rd party quality shop for the warranty repair because I will NOT be letting that location touch my car again. On top of the comsetic damage they killed my battery in the cold, deleted all my dashcam footage (not suspicious at all) and I found out they didn't even clear it correctly so my sd card became corrupted. during pickup they washed the car in freezing temps and had literal ice inside my brake calipers and everywhere and with a cold engine they revved it up and start dumping the clutch with snapping, cracking and popping noises coming from the drivetrain that should not be making noises like that and then they said safe to drive once they broke it free and the first stoplight maybe 150 feet away I ended up blowing and almost crashing because the ice was in-between pads and rotor and prevent the brakes from being applied. I don't trust caliber collision at all and there's really no other approved shops in my area that even look remotely worth using (other caliber collision and crash champions all with much less and much worse reviews).

Scratched lens if detector, will it affect it.

Had some weird staining on the front of my detector so I went to clean it and must have had a piece of dirt stuck to the microfiber or something and it caused long scratches across the backside/lens of my uniden radar detector. Will this affect performance for laser or radar at all?

Bestocally available seat cleaner option?

Looking for recommendation for the best locally available seat cleaner, home depot, Walmart, advanced auto etc. Heavy deep cleaning, multiple 10+ year old stains from water filling the bottom carpets, coffee in the seats etc. I have a small bissel carpet extractor I can use too. What's my best option for making seats look like new again maybe even some rust stains on the trunk carpets too?

New mobile player, not sure of how to proceed?

I've been going through posts since it mentioned not to level up every plane and not to buy them all but the quests says to buy the f100 so I bought the f100, I'm wondering if I should level it up or lvl up the f5 (lvl4). Is there any planes to not buy and anything I should save silver not upgrading? What's the deal with all this lvl 8-11 and lvl 16 upgrading stuff? I'm completely lost as to what I should do because I don't want to make a mistake, I already am getting torn apart by mistakes and faster planes that I just can't get away from or behind

Solvent pop? Overheated from bad polishing? Other?

Any idea what caused this triangle like defect? Paint is a year old, polishing was just done and yes it's extremely bad polishing.

Is this acceptable and what's my recourse?

Been back and forth with this shop for 6 months now. IMO the work is crap but I want to hear from professionals. Just to list some issues

Dirt nibs

sharp jagged edges from not wrapping panels,

sharp straight line cracks in rain channel with rust forming,

Sanding marks including damage to panels next to repairs (originally they owned up to it but after getting a repair cost they now flipped to "oh you took the car home so we can't verify you didn't sand through your own paint"). For reference 2 of the panels damaged were literally brand new fresh paint not even a year old and didn't have a single blemish or scratch on them and now both need paint.

Absolutely horrendous polishing/buffing.

And many more not including scratches, chips on door corners and more that were inflicted by them being careless along with killing my battery so my dashcam would shut off and permanently killing a 300$ battery that was less than 8 months old and had 0 issues until they let it sit dead for 3 weeks.

Paid 1700, cost to fix (not including additional damages found) 13k+.

What if any recourse do I have? Paid out of pocket and they refuse to provide their insurance and won't even call me back after 1.5 months of calling every single week and being promised a callback only to get none until I finally caught him at closing and he told me he won't fix it since he can't prove it was their shop.

Backfire on failed start with smoke?

Follow up to my last post about my bike not wanting to start randomly. Just tried to start it against today in neutral. Started cranked then didn't want to start so I let off the starter then clicked it again while walking the bike forward and the loudest I'm assuming backfire I've ever heard resonated the garage and strangely enough not from the exhaust tip but from below the bars/gauge cluster area a noticable amount of smoke worked its way up. I honestly expected to see metal on the ground but I can't see anything. Going to attempt to start and ride it again if possible, any suggestions?

Strange issue with bike, shop is stumped.

My 2020 650 has been showing some really weird symptoms. 7000 miles almost exactly, the last 5k it's been great, and the issue is 2 fold,

1, exhaust used to only pop after I got the rpms up and cracked the throttle, if I didn't crack the throttle then it wouldn't pop. But now the second I let off the throttle it's a popping mess sometimes soft sometimes loud and very inconsistent. Nothing like it was before, Yes it is times and by moore mafia. But it was tuned the entire time I had it so nothing changed in those 5k miles outside of oil changes and change cleaning.

2, sometimes the bike will struggle to start then start clicking before finally starting up without an issue and I notice each time it happens the clock resets to 1pm. Battery is new and in good working order, originally I thought it was the kickstand sensor going bad but with it resetting the clock that makes no sense. Is my ecu going bad?
