I'm planning to buy the Hero Xpulse 210 soon for daily commuting around Vellore and occasional weekend rides/trips. Before making the payment, I wanted to get real feedback from local riders and Xpulse/Hero owners in town.

A few quick questions for the community:

Showroom & Buying Experience: How is the purchasing/delivery experience at local dealers like Ganesh Motors (Katpadi) or Navin Motors? Are they responsive with test rides and booking timelines?

After-Sales Service & Parts: How is the local Hero service quality in Vellore for liquid-cooled / higher-CC bikes? Are spare parts readily available, or do they take weeks to arrive?

Vellore Traffic & Heat: How does the Xpulse 210 handle peak afternoon heat, traffic, and bad road patches around town? Any radiator fan/heating issues in crawling traffic?

Mechanic Recommendations: If not official service centers, are there reliable local mechanics/fellas in Vellore who know their way around Xpulse models?
