I'm NOT talking about the crappy 2026 remake of the movie but the cartoon version of the movie. I didn't think the book would impact me, honestly it shows the price of greed, power and corruption but in animal form. It's one of those books that needs to be taught in high schools.
One of the ways that has helped me slowly overcome social anxiety & be safe with people. I have been going to Autism Home Base, hub for autistic adults & it took me time to come around. However, I found that the five fun facts game has helped me to feel safe with people. I want to blow up this post, & see how many people on this subreddit can come up with 5 fun facts about yourself. I will go first, here's 5 fun facts about me:
I love fitness & running, the furthest distance I've ran is 30 km's & in 2019 I did the CN Tower Climb where it took me less than 20 minutes to get to the very top of the CN Tower.
I love animals, especially cats & I have a black cat named Luna who is the light of my life.
I was a graduate of the CICE program at Durham College in Oshawa ON in 2013 which is specialized for students with disabilities who are supported in college.
I like collecting things that bring me joy as one of my hobbies.
When I was a kid, my childhood dream job was to be a police officer.
This one is my favorite of my mini duck collection. I love my mini rubber ducks, they have been comforting along with my plushies too. They have also been helping me with creative writing ideas too.
I'm working on this but I literally cant get over the colors of this. Silver Linings Playbook is a great movie
