Quiet projector for living room. Under $400. 15’ distance. Wirelessly connects to either my laptop or streaming services. USA
Room has no curtains, so brightness is a factor. We’ll use a screen. Totally flexible on size and quality of image. We currently have no TV and watch on a tiny laptop, so anything is going to be an improvement.
Would love to not run a cable from laptop to projector due to location. Also, really want something on the quieter side.

I highly recommend growing flowers to dry!
Collected Strawflower and paper moon Scabiosa in my basket today. Both are easy to grow with enough sunshine, and dry beautifully for making garlands and dried bouquets to enjoy indoors year round! And if you let a few go to seed and collect those, you can gleefully toss last year’s garlands in the compost (or hang them in the woods to decompose) and grow a fresh set. Renewable, beautiful cottage decor!

Went to the library today. Which should I read first?
I finished I Who Have Never Known Men earlier this week and then read a big stack of graphic novels, including the complete Persepolis and Handmade’s Tale. I want a book with some closure at the end!

I taught an after-school mural painting group all year and just got my $$ in one lump sum! Help me treat myself!
I tend to wear glowy greens and purples the most. Short nails.
Garden of Evil is staying since I tried my friend’s and LOVED it.
I’m curious about Outlaw County because I love a metallic and have nothing like it.
I’m curious about the new solars but don’t think I’d wear something so pink or yellow-leaning.
Also- can anyone suggest a rewards polish I might like? Or should I wait for another time?

I’m about to start simple (one block) woodcut prints with high schoolers.
I’m wondering if anyone has a slideshow or video about the history of woodblock printmaking appropriate for teens they’d recommend or be willing to share. Looking less for how-tos and more for art examples, history, and cultural significance.
Would gladly pay for one in TPT but I don’t see any. Would also trade some of my slideshows on other topics!
