PPL VS isolation question
Hey guys n gals hope you’re all well.
I’ve been going to the gym for years and am fairly Happy with my physique.
I’ve always done isolation (Monday chest, Tuesday legs., wed arms, The cardio, Fri - back and shoulders ) to allow for recovery .
In the last 12 months I’ve heard people talking of PUSH - PULL - LIFT
Where they will do a day of pushing , a day of pulling and a day of lifting
. Is this new or have I just been completely oblivious to it?
What are the benefits to this over isolating muscle groups?

Head was pressure testerd and skimmed,
Block was pressure tester , rebored and honed. Didn’t need reskimming as it was flat enough

She’s finally looking like a complete car again
The sill cover was previously attached using tiger seal and had to be removed for some welding. So I attached it using the correct clips and it looks miles better now

Indicator ground issue
Does anyone know where the front indicator ground is?
I have an issue where my indicator is making my headlight flash and stopping one of my spotlights working.
