Rahhh how do I decrease action without fret buzzzz

Don’t mind my pyjamas lol.
Basically my actions really high and I want it lower without all the buzziness of a bee.
People have told me to adjust the neck but idk what way. I think it currently bows forward (truss rod had been loosened) I tried straightening it but that made the buzzing horrendous
Also I can only adjust the posts of the trem I can’t adjust each string individually.
Please help me

I really want a cool shaped guitar that looks comfortable to play and basically is just like amazing to play. I’ve got not a lot of budget so it’ll probably be the js one any know if it’s like good or comfortable?
