I will be coming into town tonight or tomorrow morning and looking to do an escape room in town or in the outer limits. Looking for one or more friends to do some rooms with, and maybe grab some food, vibe, whatever. If weather permits and the park is open I may also hit up Six flags in the morning! I’m flying into Buffalo and driving to Hamilton for a concert on 10/03. I don’t fly out of Buffalo until 7pm on 10/04. Do we think if I get to the park when it opens, I’ll be able to hit most of the bigger attractions once and leave by 1:30/2 to give myself ample time to get past the border and to the airport? 2 years post op- I’ve lost 100 lbs of the 180 lb goal. It’s been so hard- turns out food was only part of the problem for me. I’m happy to feel better but know I still have a long way to go. I used to look like a monster next to my man, now we weigh the same lol
I had a long engagement, about 10 months before my wedding I bought a wedding dress. Lost too much weight and had to find a new dress 5 months before my wedding. This wasn’t budgeted for and I ended up really liking a dress I bought off SHEIN. I lost too much boob and the chest was a bit loose and it needed to be hemmed. I look it to a seamstress and I don’t even know what happened. She took the top in so it would fit flush to my chest and now it kind of buckles out under the armpit??? I don’t know I just know I hate the way it looks. Also she refused to remove whatever the thick piece on the back is for and I hate that too. She did cut the seam she created so now I can’t undo the top alteration. I don’t have the capital to find a whole new dress at this point and my wedding is on less than 30 days. Please tell me what you think, I’ll include pictures of before it was altered and after. It’s technically wearable but because she took it in on the sides, the back is kinda wide open now too way more than it was before. Ugh 😣
A few weeks ago I made a post asking to see everyone’s front view progress photos, as the front view was just as important to me as the side view. I would like to show everyone mine so far (and you’ll see why it was important to me) the before photo was taken on June 1st while trying on wedding dresses. The second is my new drivers license photo taken yesterday at exactly 2 weeks post op 😋 very much enjoying my time before things get swollen and lumpy (and then good again)

I flew in solo but made SO many new friends in San Diego including several people I met on Reddit. Had my procedure first thing Saturday morning, first patient of the day, spent all of Saturday and Sunday out walking around SD with new friends sporting the compression garment without a care in the world. Super happy with my results so far, If after 6 months I look anything like I did on day one, I’ll be ecstatic.

It’s Rockville weekend here in Daytona Beach Fl and I remember not wanting to take any photos last year (for obv reasons) but lord I’m glad I got this one because wow what a difference.
Hi all, I started taking Wegovy 9 weeks ago using the auto inj pen with no pain or injection site reactions. I switched to comp sem 2 weeks ago and took my second shot last night. I’m still VERY new to injecting myself (although it is extremely straightforward). Last night for the first time I had some pain (minor) while injecting but considering the shot is much larger in volume I thought nothing of it. However afterwords, for about 20 minutes I felt moderately intense sharp pain around the inj site almost like burning nerve pain that spread? Has anyone else experienced this? I rubbed it for a good minute and it persisted for awhile but eventually stopped. Do we think the volume of the medication was putting pressure on a nerve or perhaps I hit a nerve? I’m interested in hearing anyone’s thoughts on this, I’m not worried considering it went away and hopefully it’s a one off. TIA!
My medication vial instructed to inject 40 units of medication once a week for 4 weeks. However I’m noticing that there will be quite a bit in the vial after the 4th week (pretty much a whole additional 40-60 units.) What does this mean and does this mean I’m doing something wrong and under injecting? Help I’m new to self injecting and not using an auto injector..
