What's one marketing task you stopped doing manually because AI actually does it better?

I've been using AI more over the last few months, mostly to speed up the boring stuff.

It's definitely saved me time, but I still find myself rewriting or tweaking almost everything before I publish it. Some tasks feel like a perfect fit for AI, while others just don't come out right without doing them myself.

I'm curious how other marketers are using it day to day.

What's one task you've stopped doing manually because AI handles it well? And what's one thing you still wouldn't let AI take over?

Not looking for a list of tools I'm more interested in how people actually use AI in their workflow.

What's one marketing mistake you made that completely changed how you work?

I'll probably learn more from people's mistakes than their wins.

Could be spending too much on ads, chasing vanity metrics, publishing the wrong content, relying too much on Google, or anything else.

What's one mistake that made you rethink your approach?

26, earning ₹40k/month and investing ₹12k — am I on the right track or should I be doing more?

I'm 26 and recently started taking my finances more seriously.

My monthly salary is around ₹40k, and after all my expenses I'm usually able to save and invest around ₹11k-12k every month. Right now I'm investing through mutual funds, and I also have health insurance in place.

I don't have any fancy financial goals like retiring at 40 or anything like that. My main goal is just to build a good amount of savings over the next 10-15 years and be financially secure.

The part I'm unsure about is whether I'm doing enough for my income level.

A few things I've been wondering:

  • Should I just continue increasing my SIPs whenever my salary goes up, or should I start looking at other investments too?
  • At what point does it make sense to start building an emergency fund separately if most of my money is going into MFs?
  • If you were earning around ₹40k/month in your mid-20s, is there anything you wish you'd done differently?

I'm not trying to chase quick returns or take big risks. I'd rather build good habits now than regret it later.

Would really appreciate any advice from people who've been in a similar position.

Does anyone else feel like the mental side of running a business is harder than the actual work?

Lately I've noticed I'm not getting burned out from the work itself. It's all the little decisions that seem to pile up.

Every day there's something that needs my attention a customer issue, a payment, inventory, marketing, or just figuring out what to prioritise next. None of those things are huge on their own, but after months of doing it all yourself, it starts to feel like your brain never gets a break.

I enjoy running my business and wouldn't trade it, but I definitely didn't expect this part of it.

How do you deal with that constant mental load? Do you have anything that helps you switch off, or is it just something you learn to live with over time?

Anyone else relearning performance marketing because the old tactics stopped working?

I spent my entire afternoon yesterday looking at our latest ad dashboard, and I finally had to admit defeat and shut down a campaign I used to swear by and it feels good.

It feels like the standard performance marketing playbook just scaling up budgets, tweaking basic lookalike audiences, and running polished corporate creatives is completely hitting a wall now in 2026. With tracking changes and users completely tuning out generic ads, and my old tricks not working properly.

So, I have forced myself back into student mode. I’ve been spending my evenings researching first-party data strategies, psychological hooks, and how to build actual community trust rather than just chasing cheap clicks.

I had loved to hear your experiences and stories that how your strategy that are actually driving conversions this year.

Anyone else realise some of their biggest problems came from habits they thought were harmless?

Lately I've been noticing that a lot of things I struggle with aren't caused by big mistakes.

It's usually small stuff that doesn't seem like a big deal in the moment. Spending too much time on my phone, putting things off until tomorrow, staying up later than I planned, things like that.

None of them seem serious on their own, but over time they add up.

Curious if anyone else has had a habit they didn't think much about at first, but later realised it was holding them back more than they thought.

Does anyone else feel like the business is always on their mind, even when they're not working?

I don't know if this is just part of being a small business owner, but I find it really hard to switch off sometimes.

Even when I'm done for the day, my brain is still thinking about customers, sales, things I need to fix, ideas I should try, or stuff that could go wrong.

I enjoy running my business, but it feels like there's always something in the back of my mind.

Curious if other business owners deal with this too. Have you found a way to separate work from the rest of your life, or is this just part of the job?

Anyone else spend more time thinking about improving their life than actually improving it?

I caught myself doing this again today.

I'll watch videos, read posts, save advice, make plans, think about what I should be doing... and somehow still avoid the actual thing I'm supposed to do.

It's weird because it feels productive in the moment, but when I look back, I've mostly just been consuming information.

Curious if anyone else has dealt with this and what helped you break out of it.

Is anyone else seeing changes from Google's AI Overviews yet?

I've been paying more attention to AI Overviews lately, and it feels like they're showing up for more searches than they were a few months ago.

For those working in SEO or content marketing, have you noticed any impact on organic traffic, CTR, or the type of content you're creating?

I'm still trying to figure out whether this is a major shift or just something that's affecting certain niches more than others.

Curious to hear what others are seeing.

I started tracking every expense for a month and found a few surprises

I recently tracked every dollar I spent for a full month because I felt like more of my income was disappearing than it should.

The biggest surprise wasn't a single large purchase. It was how quickly smaller expenses added up over time.

Now I'm trying to decide whether I should focus more on cutting discretionary spending or increasing the amount I automatically save each month.

For those who have gone through a similar exercise, what changes had the biggest impact on your finances?

[Discussion] What's a small habit that ended up making a much bigger difference than you expected?

I think a lot of motivational advice focuses on big goals and major life changes, but in my experience it's usually the small things that have the biggest impact over time.

For me, simply spending a few minutes on a task instead of waiting until I felt motivated helped me get more done and procrastinate less.

I'm curious what it's been like for others.

What's one small habit, routine, or mindset change that seemed insignificant at first but ended up making a noticeable difference in your life?

I'd love to hear some real examples that people have actually stuck with.

[Discussion] What’s a digital marketing trend everyone talks about, but hasn’t worked for you?

Every year there seems to be a new trend that marketers are told they need to focus on immediately.

For me, some strategies have lived up to the hype, while others haven't delivered the results I expected despite all the attention they get.

I'm curious what trend, platform, or tactic hasn't worked for you, and whether you think it's overrated or if you just weren't the right fit for it.

Would love to hear some real experiences from people in the industry.

[Discussion] Is Google killing organic traffic with AI Overviews?

I've been noticing more searches where Google's AI Overview answers the question before users even have a reason to click on a website.

As someone interested in SEO, it makes me wonder how much this is affecting organic traffic, especially for informational content. On one hand, AI Overviews can help users get answers faster. On the other, it seems like fewer clicks might be reaching the sites that created the content in the first place.

For those actively working in SEO or content marketing, have you noticed any changes in traffic, impressions, or user behavior since AI Overviews became more common?

I'm genuinely curious whether this is something marketers should be concerned about long term, or if it's just another shift that we'll eventually adapt to.

[Discussion] What's something you kept working on even when it felt like success would never come?

Seeing long-term goals finally pay off always makes me think about how easy it is to quit when progress feels slow. Sometimes people spend years facing setbacks, criticism, or disappointment before things finally start to work out.

Have you ever stuck with something for much longer than you expected and eventually seen results? What helped you keep going when it seemed like nothing was changing?

This follows the motivational theme of the community and encourages meaningful discussion rather than focusing on sports itself.

[Discussion] What’s something you stopped doing that improved your life more than expected?

People usually focus on habits they should start, but sometimes removing one bad habit or unhealthy routine makes an even bigger difference.

Could be overthinking, doomscrolling, staying up late, negative self-talk, comparing yourself to others, or anything else that quietly affected your daily life.

Curious what people here stopped doing that ended up improving their mindset, routine, or overall happiness over time.

[Discussion] What actually helped you become more disciplined over time?

I’ve noticed that most people don’t suddenly become disciplined overnight. It usually seems to come from small changes, routines, failures, and consistency over time.

I’m curious what genuinely helped people here build more discipline in their daily life. Could be related to work, fitness, studies, sleep, screen time, or anything else.

Not really looking for perfect routine answers — more interested in real things that actually worked for you long term.

Which one marketing tool you keep using because it actually helps?

There are so many marketing tools available now for SEO, analytics, automation, content planning, ads, and reporting that it’s honestly hard to keep up with all of them.

I am so curious which tool has actually made the biggest difference in your daily workflow or saved you the most time recently. Could be paid or free.

I have been trying a few different ones lately, but most either feel over hyped or too complicated for everyday uses. Sometimes the simplest tools end up being the most useful.

I would genuinely love to know what people here are actually using and what makes it worth sticking with.

I’ve recently been put in a position where I need to evaluate and potentially work with a new lender, but we’ve never partnered with them before. On paper, everything looks fine, but I’m finding it difficult to judge whether they’re actually reliable beyond the sales pitch and polished website.

For those who’ve dealt with this in a corporate/finance role, what steps do you usually take to build confidence in a new lender?

Do you focus more on client reviews, compliance history, response time, transparency in terms, or something else entirely?

Would really appreciate practical advice on what red flags to watch for and how you usually validate trust before moving forward.

I have been feeling mentally stuck for a while now. I genuinely want to change my life build better habits, focus on my goals but my actions don’t match it.

For example, I end up scrolling on my phone for hours, delay important work, and skip things I planned like workouts or learning something new. I’ll feel motivated for a day or two, then fall right back into the same cycle.

It’s frustrating because I’m fully aware of what I’m doing, but still can’t break out of it.

If you’ve been through this phase, what actually helped you move from thinking to consistent action?
