Paano hindi amoy araw/ pawis/ amoy usok?

I’m a newbie and have had about 3 coaching sessions and I decided to invest in a beginner paddle na.

My first paddle is about to be delivered and I researched about how to apply overgrips. Iba iba nakikita ko eh. Sa tiktok acct ni enflexy, sabi yung thicker side start sa baba. Yung iba naman yung thinner side start sa baba then pag dating sa taas, they cut the extra part. Then put the sticker sa taas.

Also, do i just apply the free overgrip from enflexy over the handle agad? So parang lalabas dalawang grips? Or do i use the one installed na and use the freebie as an extra for replacement once the one pre installed is maasim na? Hahahaha

Why need mag NLEX?

Grab driver said, dun daw pinapadaan. Weird kasi hindi naman need mag NLEX nung pumunta ako, bakit pauwi need mag NLEX?

It was SOOO painful! I was too shocked by the pain that it took me a few secs before i got brave enough to push the meds in and it was SO SPICY too!!

I used a shorter needle like 13mm i think? Which normally doesn’t hurt much when i inject on my abdomen. I even let it get to room temperature before injecting.

I’m on day 3 today and woke up hungry. Yesterday, i have sooo much food noise and hunger pains even though i can still taste my last meal from my burps!

Going back to injecting on my abdomen.

Edit: rechecked my syringe, its 6mm!

May naka try na po dito? I’ve done research po sa mga available na adult classes and ito lang kasi yung indoor pool. Hindi kasi ako pwede bilad sa araw for medical reasons kaya prefer ko indoor pool.

Wala ako masyadong nababasang review about them eh. Parang kulang kasi 1 hour per session/ day for lessons?

Just finished my first vial and did not avail na from that supplier. Got my next one from S79. Doctor suggested to microdose at 3.75 lang and not 5mg agad.

Wala ako side effects sa first vial ko, just full body pains after the very first jab. Parang nag covid vaccine ako ganun. I’m afraid of side effects kasi medyo hectic itong week ko maraming naka schedule.

So ayun, nagkaroon ba kayo ng bagong side effects nung nagpalit kayo ng supplier? Or same same lang? Wala masyadong side effect?

Ang daming nag seself medicate nitong compounded tirze tapos yung SW niyo ay GW ko lol.

Imagine SW 50kg, 55kg ganun. Tapos CW niyo 48kg ganyan? Tapos magtatanong dito bakit nagplateu?
Bhie, hindi ka pa ba nahihilo? Wala ka nang iloloose underweight ka na bhie.

Sasabihin pa respect post and don’t bash pero nakaka worry kasi I’m sure hindi kayo doctor guided kasi walang doctor magpreprescribe ng ganyan for a normal BMI or underweight BMI.

Sasabihin niyo, hirap magpapayat kasi dati 50kg tapos 56kg ka na ngayon,,,,,, pero normal BMI ka pa rin??? Kaya may stigma sa mga nagtatake ng GLP eh. Ginagawa kasi siyang miracle drug na papayat bigla. Tsk.

\- weight tracking with the dose of medication (like shotsy)
\- calories and macros tracking
\- AI calorie tracking for pics/ nutrition label
\- macros
\- water tracking
\- bowel movement tracking

Bonus: exercise tracking

But i didn’t have any problem when i was aspirating the trz from the vial.

I’ve noticed my Alexa changing voice in the morning when i ask what time is it. It turns into this young girl high pitched voice and when i ask alexa why her voice changed, she denies it in her normal voice. The rest of the day, the normal alexa is there. But its been 3 times now that she changed her voice. And believe me, its not what you want to hear first thing in the morning.

I have combed through the settings looking for whats wrong but i cant find any. Is there a setting that i’ve missed? Thanks

Little context: i use Maya for Shopee, nagfail yung payment pero nadeduct account ko. Walang email from dragonpay na successful yung transaction. Nung first week of April pa ito. Maya AI. said to wait 15 working days para marevert. Shopee conducted review and said unsuccessful talaga on their end and to contact bank

So i called Maya today.

First, agent was confused with my gender kahit na hindi naman confusing name ko and kept calling me SIR. Ni-correct ko siya, no big deal. Move on tayo.

Second, after ko mag explain sakanya ng kung anong nangyare, she checked and said that successful nga raw on their end and to ask shopee daw. I kept explaining na sabi na nga ni Shopee na wala wala wala. She kept insisting na successful. I told her tapos na ako makipag usap kay shopee. Wala nga raw transaction. She even said “hindi naman ako magsisinungaling.” ANTEH??? So basically naglaho parang bula yung pera? Ganun na ba yun?

Third, I requested to talk to manager/ escalate. Ayaw niya, she kept saying na successful and same lang sasabihin kasi binabasa lang din naman niya sa screen na SUCCESSFUL. So i asked what do i do now? Talk to shopee daw. At this point nagagalit na ako kasi nga sabi nga ni shopee contact ko raw Bank. Tapos di na rin siya sumasagot. Gusto ko lang naman malaman ano pang ibang options ko to trace nasaan na ba ang pera ko? Like 15 minutes yung call ko sakanya and kung ano ano na sinasabi niya saken “may quality control daw, maririnig convo namin.” And i kept repeating “connect me to manager/ escalate me” para kaming sirang plaka parehas paulit ulit

So i asked if i end the call and call again, will i be reconnected to new agent? She said yes so i ended the call.

I got reconnected to someone else who WAS VERY HELPFUL. He guided me to where to apply for a dispute. Ayun. Ganun lang kasimpleng solution, hindi mabigay sakin nung unang agent. Sobrang nakakainis parang first day ata niya sa work na hindi man lang nagtraining. Hindi man lang ako tinulungan in any way, basta successful daw.
