$6,500 in Bitcoin Stolen After Downloading a Malicious File — What Legal Action Can I Take?

I was stupid enough to download a file from a malicious website that ChatGPT referred me to. After downloading the file, about $6,500 worth of BTC was stolen from my Coinomi wallet.

Does anyone know if there is any way to take legal action against the owner of the domain or otherwise hold them responsible? I live in the U.S. and have already reported the incident to IC3, but I’m not very confident that they will investigate or follow up on it.

Cancelled Order, but Never Received the Gift Card

I used a gift card for my order, but I had to cancel it because I forgot to update my old address. They said they emailed me a new gift card, but when I check my order history, I see that they placed a new order for the replacement gift card to be shipped to me.

I chatted with an agent, and she confirmed that it would be emailed to me, not shipped. However, it’s been two days and I still haven’t received anything.

Does anyone know if they actually email replacement gift cards or ship them?

Coolant reservoir is overflowing

I went over a speed bump in my 2017 Hyundai SantaFe, something snagged and caused the alternator belt to break and also coolant reservoir to overflow and triggering an alarm for overheating. Can someone tell me what could have caused the coolant reservoir to overflow?

Case is still on hold after being closed by customer service

I got a broken item from the seller, so I requested a return. Seller agreed, but never sent me a return label and then stopped responding to my messages. I reached out to support, and they opened a case for me. Later, I got a message from eBay saying the case was closed in my favor and my refund was issued. However, 4 days later, the case is still showing as 'on hold', and I haven't received my refund. Does anyone know what I should do??

Identify a missing voltage regulator

I got an XFX Rx-570p4d gpu as shown but it's missing the voltage regulator. Can someone help me in determining whether it requires an adjustable /5v LD1117, or something else? Thanks in advance, and apologize for the stupid question.

iPhone 14 stops charging after a while [Question]

Since yesterday, my iPhone 14 has been stopping its charge after roughly 10 to 20 minutes while the lighting icon appeared. I need to disconnect and reconnect the cable for it to resume charging. I even tried a new cable and charger, and also cleaned the charging port with an electronic cleaner spray, but there was no change. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
