Oddly enough I had all the components for a reuben at work!

now I’m making them at work. proportions got a little away from me.

I like to only toast one side of this sourdough we get at costco and then i added my favorite avocado based smashing pumpkins song

Sourdough, splish splash greek dressing, boars head salami, whole milk shredded mozz, oregano

Quick canned san marzano nutribullet sauce, whole milk mozz, lidl brand pepperoni and we are off. Been experimenting with “soft baking” the crust by not adding a perimeter of oil. not sure if im sold on it.

Corned Beef, 2 fried eggs, colby jack, green onions, and mayonnaise on 1 side toasted sourdough.

Anchovies and black garlic pulverized together with mozz pearls, green onions, olive oil, and black pepper
