Questions about Biolife Plasma

My sister is finishing up her Phlebotomy program at a college near her. I'm her resume guy so I was looking at entry-level positions for her and I came across Biolife. I donated plasma in college so I know it's high turnover, probably not great work, etc..

What I'm curious about is the Entry-Level Phlebotomist jobs that are posted don't list a Phlebotomy certificate as part of the requirements. What's up with that? Shouldn't something like that be clearly listed in the requirements or is it more of a "phlebotomist" job where you don't need a certificate because you're not doing actual phlebotomy?

I need help finding a meal prep bag

Basically, I work 16-hours every single day with the exception of 1 day a week if I am lucky. I am doing about 96-hours per week until the end of the Summer. We're short staffed, we can't get people that don't smoke marijuana or are smart enough to cheat a test. All 5 people under me in my department are on probation for attendance so I can't even interview them for the positions I need filled. I know. Life sucks. Nothing I can do for them or myself right now work wise. Can't quit because I honestly make too much money to give it up. I'm stating this unnecessary information so no one comes in here flaming me, "no one works 96-hours a week." I do. Sometimes more if I'm too busy to take a day off each week. That's why I am so particular about what I need. I'm only at home maybe 6-hours a day right now so I have to keep everything together, all the time.

I am looking for a bag that needs to meet certain specifications.

  • Exterior pocket big enough to hold at least 32oz water bottle. Preferably big enough to hold my 32oz wide mouth Hydro Flask water bottle
  • 2nd exterior pocket big enough to hold a protein shake, blender bottle or energy drink
  • Food storage area big enough to hold 2 meal prep containers
    • Medium: 30 fl oz - 7.5 x 5.7 x 2.9 in - 9.5 oz (2)
  • Room for ice packs
    • I can purchase whatever size I need
  • Laptop pocket big enough for a 15" MacBook Pro + charger & cord
  • Extra pockets a bonus as I carry the following:
    • streamlight flashlight
    • rite in the rain top spiral notebook, 3x5"
    • 5.75" x 8.25" Leuchtturm notebook
    • 5.75" x 8.25" planner
    • Phone charging block + USB C cable
    • Anker magnetic phone battery
    • 2 emergency protein bars if I get hangry
    • Hydro Flask silverware set
    • Single packs of dude wipes for bathroom exorcisms
    • small paperback to read when the tears clear from my eyes
  • Needs to be quality material. I will spend money for quality. I don't care if it's pink or blue or black or whatever, just as long as it's durable.

Right now, I am using a Yeti backpack and the Yeti Hopper Flip 18 (which honestly sucks as a lunch box). So I have to carry my backpack with my laptop and man purse essentials in the backpack, my meal stuff in the annoyingly big Yeti with strap draped over my shoulder, my 32oz wide mouth hydro flask in my hand, and then a protein shake and energy drink wherever the Hell I can fit them on my body. It's gotten so cumbersome that I don't even meal prep half the time. I end up door dashing and it's starting to show.

Please help me.

I’m having issues in a new area I moved to. The reps said coverage is great all over town. It’s not. Is this really 4 bars of 5g speed? My phone browser(s) are embarrassingly slow and apps regularly get hung up with connecting
