I just started an AAPC CPC course. How likely is it that someone that has worked healthcare positions for years in records and front desk positions and has a degree in general studies. i wonder if I’m expecting too much of myself to get through this in 3 months.
stuff I listen to on the regular:
True Crime All The Time (solved and unsolved)
Criminology
Belief Hole
Red Webb
Dateline
Monsters Among Us
Graveyard Tales
stuff I’ve finished or listened to and no longer into:
Ghostly (wasn’t feeling it)
Dirty John
Atlanta Monster
Blurry Photos
Dr Death
The Black Tapes
Tanis
Scared to Death (love the format, can’t take Dan’s personality)
Missing in Alaska
Scene of the Crime (didn’t care for)
Spooked (didn’t care for)
Escaping NXIVM
Forgotten Darkness (didn’t care for)
Battersea Poltergeist
Empty Frames
Into the Portal
Hysteria 51 (sadly lost my interest)
I've gotten through everything I've had on my watch list I can find free on streaming services I have access too. Suggest me something?
Stuff I love: Epics, non-slasher horror, fantasy, drama, adventure, sci fi - stuff like Lord of the Rings, Braveheart, even corny stuff like Wild Wild West and the Golden Voyage of Sinbad. I'm a horrendous sucker for good costumes so stuff like Gone with the Wind, Game of Thrones, King and I, and the live action Cinderella made me drool.
Maybe it's just because it's summer where I am but lately I've been craving whole foods a lot and my tummy has been happiest eating things like Sargento balanced breaks instead of heavier casseroles or one-pan meals. I work in an office where we have people bring us lunch or snacks in hopes of us doing business with them on a regular basis and yesterday someone dropped off a charcuterie -- a GOOD one, not the super basic thing you get from Wal mart - and my tummy was so happy picking off that.
Would something like this be reasonably cost effective for a couple meals, in your opinion?
What do you like to buy from there? Beyond the hot dogs, what is the best bang for buck?
Edit - you people are amazing!! I was already excited to get a Costco, but I'm even MORE excited now!! I never thought growing up that I would think this was something that would be a vital piece of my life but I can see planning outing around stopping at Costco now
I love those Sargento balanced breaks and have been eating them for breakfast (along with a couple other things added in like those single serving hummus cups) and this kind of meal has become super satisfying and makes my stomach feel comfortable and happy. I want to start eating like this more, preferably raw (though stuff like eggs and meat would not be raw). What are your combo ideas?
I'm itching for a new project, and I think the next thing I'm gonna do is a couple of cross stitch fantasy maps. I have a pattern for LotR, and I need a pattern for Randland
I am looking for patterns, I love doing cross stitches and love fantasy maps, and wondered if anyone had a source for this :S
Info -- they are patent leather doc marten boots that press down WAY too much on the top of my feet. Even making myself wear them to try and stretch them is too uncomfortable to do for long enough to make much difference.
Maybe I just need different shoes for this cosplay lol but I have these and love them, and I'd like to try and find a way to make these work. Any suggestions?
Since a fix can be found in multiple sources, I'm adding info here -- they are patent leather doc marten boots that press down WAY too much on the top of my feet. Even making myself wear them to try and stretch them is too uncomfortable to do for long enough to make much difference.

I bought a balm from Papa Bear and I'm REALLY hoping it works, I've had to wear foundation for decades to cover the redness and I wish I was able to go bare skinned and not get the 'Oh you got too much sun! Your face is so burned!' comments -_- Anyone had success with tansy? Any maybe this specific product?
