Morality of trying to stop Cthulhu and the other Great Old Ones, considering they're simply part of the natural order of the universe and not actually evil?

On the one hand, everything is obvious, it is a question of survival and their awakening will be a catastrophe, but this is an interference in the natural process of the universe and an attempt to harm something that does not wish me harm (almost)

Different types of immortality in slasher villains, let's figure it out

Many discussions of the maniacs' battles suffer from the argument "they're both immortal, so neither one can win," but immortality is a very relative concept, and how does it differ for some characters?

Jason is a zombie, Michael can withstand a huge amount of damage, but if you cut off their heads, that's the end. Well, unless you count Jason's demon worm, but that's absurd.

Art the Clown rises from the dead, sure. But how long does it take? That's absolutely not an argument in battle, because it's a long process.

Many of them are dead, demons, etc., but this is not an argument in battle.

What about the others?

"Ancient magic is the cause of the protracted war," according to Russian propagandists.

In reality, we just can't seem to win the SMO (even though we are endlessly and eternally winning), because we didn't hold Snake Island. And, as that same Dugin said:
Snake Island in the Black Sea plays a key role in sacred geography, according to Vasile Lovinescu (Geticus). The most ancient sanctuary of Apollo was located there. Whoever controls Snake Island, controls the course of world history.

The cult "killed" "him" because he was evil, but...then they did the same thing as him?

Warren was buried because he made a deal with the devil and killed people, but then these people thought, "Oh shit...What should we do now??? Now we have to sacrifice people too for the island's survival? Okay, we'll do it with pleasure and even make funny videos about it!" ?

However, if I'm not mistaken, there's no clear indication that these are the descendants of those who buried him? Maybe Warren had accomplices.

Would Dexter save people from serial killers if he could only turn them in to the police, not kill them? Is he truly The Dark Defender and hero?

Saving people is actually secondary to him; he'll do it wholeheartedly, but it's not his primary goal. But what if, for some reason, he can no longer kill, but he can still capture them and call the police? Will he still save the world from serial killers, or will he just go, "Nah, that's not my style, sorry, you're unlucky today" ?

He only did it with Mia to help Harrison.

What crazy and manipulative girl from fiction would still catch you in her nets because she's so hot?

You know perfectly well that she's the devil, she's completely mentally ill and toxic, but...you're only human after all, how can you resist her charm? And in the end, you'll die.

The strongest character that 5 New York families can defeat as a team? (Description)

It's not just about weapons, but also about their connections, political, social, and other capabilities. For example, the mafia laundered money through the Vatican Bank, so in a sense, we can consider their connection to the Vatican, which means using religious resources. After all, if their opponent is a demon, then the Church could probably help (logically).

Everything the mafia could do at their peak, all their firepower, political intrigue, blackmail, and corruption!

If you kill a death row prisoner a few seconds before the switch is pulled, will you go to prison for murder?

He's already sitting in the electric chair, he'll be dead in a few seconds, but... boom, you shoot him. On the one hand, you committed murder, a crime. But he would have died now anyway. I suppose the absurdity of the situation means you're unlikely to be convicted? It's a violation of capital punishment procedures, you've intruded on the state process, but is this too bizarre a situation for a trial?

The Cult of Widows Bay and the Cult from "Hot Fuzz"

It's funny how similar they are, and in both cases, none of the residents even suspected all the horrors.

As mentioned in other threads, the "tradition" was likely passed down from generation to generation within a very narrow circle, only among those who originally buried the founding father.

Just like in the village, where absolutely no one noticed dozens of murders and they killed anyone who interfered with their plans, even if everyone loved that person.

The cult is very small and could disappear altogether if there was a disagreement within it or the island accidentally dropped a piano on one of its members. So it's nothing new for a small community to be unaware of a terrible secret.

At first Dexter was intrigued and interested in the Prater Club, but what did he expect?

I suppose it was simply the hope that he might find soulmates, but...what soulmates? If he condemns and kills any murderer, then who did he expect to find there? His disgust didn't appear immediately. I doubt there's another vigilante like him in his world, so perhaps he finds some type of killer a little less judgmental? Maybe those who only kill men? Because they're almost always women.

John Wick vs. the "army" from "Commando," terrorists from "True Lies," and Nazis from "Indiana Jones"

Not everyone is against him at the same time, of course. But they cooperate; as a team, they fulfill the contract to eliminate John.

Each of these organizations is headed by the villains of these films (Bennett, etc.).

What are your main worries about Resurrection season 2?

Honestly, Dexter isn't a perfect show, so I'm prepared for some problems. For example...we haven't seen Al in the leaks yet, even though we've seen a lot of other things. I'm a little worried he'll die off-screen due to the time jump. Literally like Hannah's death, but "I stabbed him a couple of years ago."

Which maniac deserves to be torn apart by an enraged mob and who should be given a fair trial?

On the one side, they all deserve the death penalty, but some were less cruel than their colleagues, some didn't kill children, etc. Michael Myers definitely deservedly got his ass kicked by the mob (well, it didn't help). But who will you choose as "He should be tried according to the law! He is mentally ill!"
