Be honest

I lost 100lbs naturally, I know that I still have work to do but do you think I’m still fat?

I need your advices

I lost 100 lbs naturally, but honestly not in the healthiest way. The weight came off very quickly. It’s now been 7 years since my weight loss, and there hasn’t been a single day where I’m not conscious of my loose skin.
I’ve been training consistently for years, but I still struggle a lot with the loose skin on my arms and stomach. At this point, I genuinely don’t know if a serious body recomposition could still improve it, or if surgery is realistically the better option.
Do you think I should:
focus on another body recomposition/building more muscle first,
or
start considering arm and tummy skin removal surgery?
I’d really appreciate honest advice, especially from people knowledgeable about fitness, loose skin, or post-weight loss bodies.

Help me

Hi everyone!
I still struggle a lot with loose skin around my stomach and arms.

I also honestly don’t really know what my body type is anymore, which makes shopping even more confusing. I’m 5’8”, so finding clothes that are actually long enough is already difficult, and then on top of that I’m always trying to dress around the loose skin. It makes me feel like I’m constantly covering myself up instead of just wearing what I actually like.

Does anyone have advice on how to dress for this? Specific clothing cuts, fits, fabrics, brands, or styling tips that helped you feel more comfortable and flattering. Especially for taller girls 🤍
