What are your best 75 Hard tips?

Hi guys! I’m starting 75 Hard for the first time and I’m excited but nervous I won’t stick with it 😭 Any tips for staying consistent and getting the most out of it?
The hardest part for me will probably be the 1 gallon of water since I barely drink 1L a day and already pee so much when I drink that much. Any tips?
Also, What do you do for the 45-minute outdoor workout when you don’t have good places to walk nearby? Does it have to be exactly 45 minutes or can I do less?

Scenic walking trails in Tigard?

Hi guys! Can you recommend your favorite scenic walking trails in Tigard that I could walk for 1–2 hours? I would love somewhere with ponds, streams, creeks, or just really nice scenery. I’m really looking for a place where I can enjoy a long peaceful walk without having to drive to multiple trails.

Tretinoin 0.025% and Azelaic Acid 15% for Hyperpigmentation - Black skin

Hi guys! For those with Black skin who struggle with hyperpigmentation, especially PIH and dark spots, have you seen improvement with tretinoin 0.025% and azelaic acid 15%? I feel like most before and afters I see are from people with red acne scars, so I would love to see more results from people with darker skin and hyperpigmentation. I recently started this combination and haven’t seen much difference yet and feel like my dark spots are getting darker, so it’s hard to believe my dark spots will actually fade. If you’ve had results, how long did it take to see a noticeable improvement or for the marks to completely fade? Thanks!

Tips for lane positioning when turning into a lane?

Hi guys! I’m a learner driver, and I have the biggest problem with getting into my lane when I’m turning especially when I’m turning left. I struggle to see the lane lines and I’m not sure if it’s because the A-pillar is blocking my view or it’s just a me problem. I sometimes have to move myself slightly to the side just to see my lane.
I have a really hard time when I need to enter the farthest lane to get to my destination. I can somehow see the lane better when I open my window but obviously I don’t want to rely on that all the time 😭
I really want to get better at positioning my car into my lane correctly when turning because I don’t want to endanger myself or anyone else by confusing them. Does anyone else struggle with this or have any tips for knowing where your lane is when you can’t clearly see the lines? I would really appreciate any advice!

Driving test - Gresham?

Hi guys! Has anyone taken the driving test in Gresham? I would really appreciate it if you could share what they ask you to do.
Do they test reverse parking? What skills do they usually test overall? How was the route, and are there any tips or things one should keep in mind to pass?
Also, what mistakes would be considered minor vs. major during the test?
Thank you so much to anyone who can share their experience!

Signs a guy likes you over text?

What are some signs that an online guy friend has a crush on you versus simply genuinely valuing your friendship? Since we just talk online, it’s hard for me to tell because I only have our text conversations to go by. So how can I tell if they have romantic feelings for me or if they simply value me as a friend?

Any advice for someone learning how to drive?

Student driver here and I need some advice.
When I’m practicing in an empty parking lot, I do fine. But as soon as I get on an actual road and see other cars around me, it’s like I forget everything I’ve learned.
One problem is turning. I usually brake, slow down, and then make the turn, but I always feel like I’m going too slow and holding up traffic behind me. Should I be lightly pressing the gas while turning, or is it normal to slow down first and then accelerate after the turn? How do I do it?
I also struggle with speed control. Sometimes I feel like I’m going too slow, other times too fast. Downhill and uphill roads especially throw me off.
Another big issue I have is staying centered in my lane. I always feel like I’m drifting toward other cars or falling down a ditch even when I’m told I’m actually in my lane. How can I tell if I’m properly centered without constantly worrying that I’m too close to the cars next to me?
And finally, how do you stop being so nervous while driving? I get really anxious once other cars are around and I feel like that makes me less calm.
Please give any tips or advice.

Pigmentary demarcation lines

Hi everyone, I (18F) need some help.
I think I might have pigmentary demarcation lines (PDL). The sides of my cheeks and my forehead are darker than the rest of my face, while my nose and the middle of my cheeks are lighter. i really want my skin tone to be even. I don’t care if the darker parts get lighter or the lighter parts get darker, I just want my whole face to be the same color and even. Everywhere I look, people say PDL is genetic and can’t be fixed. Is there any chance it could be something else that can be treated? Has anyone had this and seen improvement?
Any advice or personal experiences to fix it would really help me out. Thank you.

How do you all stay disciplined and consistent with weight loss while still enjoying the process?

Hi guys, 18F who’s 5’3 and weighs 125ibs.
I really want to lose weight at a healthy pace and stay consistent, but I have been struggling so much. I lost 22ibs in 10 months before, but I felt like my body looked almost the same, and since I was only losing about 2ibs a month, I got discouraged by how slow it felt. It honestly made me sad because I felt like all that restricting was for nothing. I know some people are happy losing 2ibs a month and still enjoy treats and social events, but I was miserable the whole time because I just wanted faster results. I kept jumping from one diet to another, just hoping something would work quicker.
So I tried making my calorie deficit bigger to lose weight faster, but it just led to binge eating and restricting so it didn’t work out in the end. My goal is to atleast lose about 0.5 kg (1 lb) per week, but I keep going over my calorie deficit because I eat when I’m bored, it makes me sad that if I stayed consistent right now I would have been at my goal weight.
I just want to do this the right way this time so if you have been through something similar, how did you stay disciplined and stick to your calorie deficit, lose weight while still enjoying life and stop feeling obsessed with food and your body?
Any advice or personal experiences is welcome. Thank you all!

College student in Portland looking for legit scholarships to help pay tuition.

Hey, I’m a first-year college student in the USA (Portland, Oregon) and I’m trying to find scholarships to help with tuition fees.
I’m just getting started and don’t really know where to look. Are there any legit websites, organizations, or even tips you would recommend for finding scholarships that are easier to apply for and not super competitive or scammy that you’ve had success with?
Also, if you know any local scholarships or Portland/Oregon-based opportunities, I’d really appreciate it!
