Hi! First I want to clarify I searched for info about this before asking, and even found a very useful post from this sub abut my question. But I would like to ask this to get help in my particular case.

- The thing: A short video (10 secs aprox) for a friend's birthday.

- The idea: Me and other friends, appearing outdoors wearing classic power rangers costumes without helmets (as seen in the posted photo), saying to camera something like "happy birthday, now let's save the world again", hiving to her (to the camera) her power ranger helmet as some group of bad guys are approaching to us from the background.

- The question: I've read that the best thing for things like this is to use different AIs, but we don't need a super-realistic video, but neither would like to have a "potato quality" one.

- The main point of the question: if it's possible to use just one AI for a video like this, which one is the best overall? I don't care if I have to pay like one month of subscription.

Basically what the title says. I understand that Fortnite needs the characters to fit in their "standard character mold" to make easy the rigging process and quickly test all the animations work properly, but I doubt something like what I show would generate too many extra problems in those processes (for example rigging the legs, with higher knees, or the bigger hands while holding guns) specially because I'm sure there are already some cartoon-ish characters that have similar hands or long legs.

Something like this would give us a better looking and proportioned Sonic model, basically something very similar to the Sonic Boom one, but without the scarf and the bandages. From my perspective, the actual new model looks made quickly and/or without taking a good look in the details that make a character model actually to look like the original one.

So well... That's my opinion on this.

I remember how SEGA, specially Sega of America, was putting a lot of effort in making Sonic Boom a real sub-franchise. Leaving apart all the problems it had, in the end it had its own animated series (with three seasons if I' not wrong), three games, and comics (still from Archie Comics), and of course a lot of merchandising.

I have never been a big fan of Boom since the first moment it was shown to the world, but looking back in time, I feel a bit sad for the people that "suffered" the crisis Boom faced, and at the same time I'm impressed how things have gone and changed after all this time... Boom now is like a deleted/forgotten part of Sonic's history, and besides the new games, we had a Netflix series, three successfull hollywood movies, a big merchandising expansion (nowadays it's "hard" for me to not see a kid with a Sonic t-shirt, or a lot of Sonic-licensed stuff in stores.

SEGA may be not the have had always the best ideas, but I have to admit it's impressive that in a time when not long before they had to survive from the "Dreamcast crisis", they had to face another crisis and in "only" 10 years they were able to overcome that and take the Sonic franchise to, I think, a much better point.

Basically what the title says. Seeing Sony seems to not have plans for these games (and The Last Guardian) on PC, it would be cool if any of the pros that are doing these amazing projects could work on these games. I know for example that The Last Guardian is a PS4 game, so it must be very difficult, but well, there's my wishlist.

Hello. I know there are some new launchers around like Monet, AT4K, Projectivify... And I like the look of the average setup they get with them (like in the picture: apps in a row down in the screen, clock up on the right with other icons or the date, and a big wallpaper (or even a live wallpaper).

Is it possible to make your menu to look like this with ATV Launcher? I could change it for any of the other launchers, but I'm very used to it, but the other day I did a quick try with ATV and for example I couldn't put the app row down there...

And if you would suggest me what app to get as substitute, which would be your chose and why?

Hi! The last time I took a look on this matter I found that changing the music you hear in the circuits was a bit difficult because you have to make different cut versions of that custom track you want to add/change... Maybe after this time there's a mod that makes things easier in this case?

And an additional question: using the available mods to change the OST of the game, you still only have the option of changing one track for another, or maybe there has been found a way to add additional tracks to the OST without losing existing ones?

- Second pic: original sprite.
- Third pic: details on how works and looks Mecha's energy shooting system, from the same concept arts of the first pic.

Has any artist or manager from the IDW comics confirmed the design they show on these drawings are made from original art sources from SEGA/Sonic Team? Or is it their interpretation of the original sprites?

Seeing something so detailed as the mechanism to shoot, I think they got some info or even concept arts from Sonic & Knuckles...

Does anyone knows anything about this? Thanks.

PD: I hate that SEGA has never shown any official drawing of Mecha Sonic Mk.2, not even some concept arts. I would LOVE to see a finished drawing of this character with the cool style and beautiful finish from the other Sonic 3's badniks.

At least as far as I know, there hasn't been any announcement related to this... Kinda strange when SEGA has its own figure lines and they have (I guess) good relatons with the company that owns Miku's rights. :/

Besides, I think a figure with her on the extreme gear (the flying board) would be attractive for the game fans and for "just-miku" fans.

Sorry, I've been around Reddit for some time, but I sincerelly can't get this done properly.

As you can see in my first picture, or even in this post itself, I don't know how to make a post with pictures BUT with the text "hidden" when navigating in a subreddit. I see the usual posts have the post name, the picture, and if you click on it, you can read the main text and the comments.

Second picture, the posting menu. I go to "Multimedia", I upload the picture I want, and if I write the main text in the "Text body" inside the "Multimedia" section, when I create the post, the text appears like in the first picture. If I upload the picture in "Multimedia", but then I write the main text in "Text body" from the "Text" section, the post appears with only text, without the picture I uploaded.

This must be some little detail I ignore and can't see, so sorry for this super basic question, but I can't see what I do wrong. :/

Spanish Sonic fan here. Almost 60$ to ship just one plush... One single, non fragile, and normal sized plush. And add to it 26$ aprox of taxes and duties... 86$ in total, which leaves the final price in 134.24$ (aprox. 118€). This is incredible... :/

Hello!

I have a Synology 920+, with 4 bays but only with two of them taken by two 10TB WD Red HDDs.

I have had this NAS I think like for three years, avaerything good and no complaints. But I have som spare HDDs and SATA SSDs and I would like to ask for your opinion in at least two ideas I had...

- The OS of the NAS is installed in one of the HDDs... Having now two free bays, how would the performance would change if I use a spare 256GB Samsung SATA SSD I have to just install the OS? I really don't have complains about the NAS performance, but if it can get better...

- I have a spare 2TB Toshiba HDD. I think its a 7200rpm one. Would you reccomend me to use it on the NAS or maybe this kind of HDD is better to not be used on this kind of device, for example for thermal reasons (a 7200rpm HDD surely must be hotter than the 5400rpm WD Red I have), and for other things like not being an unit optimized to work on a NAS.
