Is Haibara's Teenage New Game+ good?

I got a brief idea about this anime, it's about the Male MC somehow got back in time and he turn into a better version of himself

And he was quite close with the girl who initially rejected them and there's the childhood friend who likes him

From my first thought of course I'll root for the childhood friend, but since I dk much about this series so I need yours opinion on whether is series good or will we get heartbreak while the best girl didn't win or the character will get into some love mess?

Is there any development within characters?

Guys, I found this anime was kinda famous recently, I've got a brief idea about the story but before I dive in, I wanted to know more about the Male MC

Is there any real personal development of Otaku-San or is he just another lucky dude who somehow has the same hobby with the Top gyaru in class, and the girls enjoy making fun with and then just fell in love with him?

I personally prefer male MC with real personal development instead of some lucky dude who I'll get jealous at watching him hahhaa

What I like about anime is they'll sometimes fill up the loophole of the manga, like the manga didn't explain how come Shiori couldn't see Jirou even though they basically met eyes, good explanation done from the anime 👍
