Struggling with motivation, anxiety, my get up and go.

What would be recommended for a man, I am basically looking for a solution to gain back that feeling of ‘dominance’, if you will.

High motivation. High confidence. Follow through. A more calm demeanour.

U used to be all of those things, but feel like I am stuck in a rut now, and have a bit of a chicken or the egg situation happening. I struggle to take the steps back to that point, so I am looking for assistance to make taking that step a little easier.

Please give reasoning for your suggestions, thanks!

I am wondering if anyone has any resources to learn conversational Irish?

I am looking for something (along the lines of ai capabilites) that I can actually speak to in order to learn the language.

I feel like the way it is taught in school, and reading it is completely different to be able to speak, comprehend, and actually form sentences out loud with.

I am on a mission to become fluent, having a pretty terrible level of Irish at present, so I would appreciate any help!

Go raimh math agat!

This is ridiculous. Is there actually anything that can be done?

I used to love being on Reddit, in these marketing and business related subs, I attribute a lot of my early days learning to them… but now it’s almost unusable. Every other post is some AI slop BS.

Talking about “in 2025”… can’t even be bothered to edit one digit.

“I done X, and seen an X% increase in our blah blah blah”…. Yeah, sure you did.

“Genuinely want to hear your opinions”, oh really? That’s genuinely so great that you really want to know!!

“Curious, have you noticed ____” alright George👍👍

What is the point? This is what happens when barrier to entry is reduced so low, that a bunch of idiots gain access to things that they haven’t a clue about, or what they’re talking about, and don’t know how to act. It seems like 99% of the posts don’t get removed even if reported too.

They’re so clearly AI slop, and brand new accounts. I don’t even believe half of them are bots or automated posts, just some idiot who thinks they’ve cracked the code and are going to be a millionaire by trying to astroturf post to try sell their AI generated “tool” that fixes absolutely nothing because the tool itself needs fixing.

Can we just ban those words? Curious, and genuinely? Along with “—“ That would fix 99% of the issues.

This platform and this sub is becoming unusable.

Rant over🤣

Bittersweet today with the World Cup kick-off. No doubt there will still be plenty of Irish soaking it in over in the USA. Do you know anyone in these videos?

This is going to get me downvoted into oblivion, but it needs to be said.

Meta isn’t having outages every 10 minutes. Your traffic isn’t all bots. Meta doesn’t hate you. Meta is not out to get you. You’re either just doing it wrong, your product/service isn’t profitable to advertise on Meta, or you don’t have enough trust or authority yet.

It seems like this sub, all day every day is just constantly people saying the same things, and then other people backing up their BS because why would what they are doing ever be the issue? Surely Meta just hates you? Right?

Digital advertising has changed. Consumer perception of digital advertising has changed. The algorithm has changed. Competition has grown.

Privacy safeguards have affected how things work.

You can’t get away with your $20 a day sales conversion campaigns anymore. Your ad account needs sufficient budget, data feeds, for each step of the funnel to be optimised, and to have brand support campaigns that steadily grow your brand, create authority, and trust.

Not to mention, your social proof? Brand growth, and perception? People will try to sell products/services worth $100s, and $1000s with 50 followers, and a website that was registered last week, then wonder why their CVRs are less than 1%, and CPAs are sky high.

I fully believe that 99% of people in this sub complaining about all of this stuff, wouldn’t buy from their own stores, or brands if their life depended on it with the state I see their set ups in. So why would anyone else?

Ask yourself that, put yourself in the customers shoes, and you’re already halfway there.

Edit: Already the comments are just displaying my point. People are in denial.

Edit 2: People are clearly very angry, getting abusive. What does that solve? Again, in denial, and would rather attack and deny than even consider a difference in thought process.

Why do you waste so much money trying to figure out something this complex?

Everyday I see in this sub, person after person burning $100s-$1000s a day on ads with 0 experience, 0 marketing qualifications, and 0 idea what they’re doing.

They will have no real funnel set up, no data feeds, no prospecting, no TOF>BOF funnel structure, no retargeting etc etc, but the last thought on anyone’s mind is to hire someone that knows what they’re doing for a fraction of their monthly spend.

They simply upload a creative, input some targeting and hope for the best, the proceed to watch their money disappear, and blame meta.

If you’re burning money with low, or no sales, then why is it such a crazy concept to hire out the management to someone who will actually get sales coming in, just with a reduced ad spend to enable you to pay a professional?

Why is that?
