Just placed pre orders at GameStop a few weeks ago for the stuff with 30th packs since I rip everything.

I started trying at 12:04 AM to get literally anything from target and no matter what, it was just errors.

Eventually just rage spammed add to card from a direct twitter link and it somehow added, then I spammed check out on the app and on the web page for 5 minutes straight until the site let me through.

Not sure what steps I need to do to recreate it but it fuck non humans.

The artwork on this is insane.

Pulled this today, and I want to send it to grade.

The best term I can think of is Ghosting.

TAG 10’s have the same thing but shifted in another direction.

Is this something you’d still send in to grade?

I couldn’t imagine spending an entire day in Line for something and getting paid minimum wage essentially, to resell it.

Sent coffee to my mother in law, Vertuo Nespresso for about $140 total value.

It wasn’t a sale, and I uploaded the proof of value showing Nespresso pricing and it got denied.

I learned through the comments the other day that these can be cheated and you can literally see the last card.

Pack fresh, surface was never touched by fingers.

Into a new sleeve and top loader within 5 minutes.

Front is 49/51, back is 53/47.

Last 2 pics, is the ONLY flaw and it’s barely visible under the harsh light.

I have had literally nightmares two days in a row now as it sits on grading.

I’ll update with a grade once I have it.

Need help deciding between PSA and BGS. Card looks clean to me but I’m not great at spotting flaws. Centering estimates appreciated. No pictures of the back because that shouldn’t matter anyways no one looks back there.

Thinking minimum PSA 10, possibly BGS Black Label. What do you guys see that I’m missing?

Also curious about market outlook. Is this a long-term hold or should I sell now before the market cools off? Any price targets for 2027?

I bought this card at a card show and I want to get it graded.

I can’t for the life of me figure out if this is just scratched or if they all come like this.

On TCG player, the demo photo looks exactly like this with the “scratch “marks in the same place.

Anyone else have this card to confirm?

The patent (US20160005270A1, “System and method for driving microtransactions in multiplayer video games”) was filed in 2015 and granted in 2017.

It describes a “microtransaction engine” that works in two stages.

First, it matches a junior player against a skilled “marquee” player using a promoted skin or weapon, so getting killed by it nudges them toward buying it.

Then, after the purchase, the system places the player in a gameplay session where that item is especially effective.

For example, putting a newly bought sniper rifle into a map well-suited for sniping, so the purchase feels rewarding and encourages future spending.

Activision claims it was an exploratory R&D patent that has never been implemented in a shipped game. Players have remained skeptical, especially around Warzone, but there’s no hard evidence confirming it’s live. Either way, the fact that someone sat down, designed this system, and successfully patented it is the asshole design.
