It’s getting between 92-98ohms on the multimeter but only on very very tight spots of the relay, my battery died and my car hasn’t turned on since could this be why?
REAR is 255/35R19 19x9.5
FRONT is 235/35R19 19x8.5
I’ve been looking for new wheels and these are the best deal I found so far since they’re not busted, only issue is theyre from an m3 and I have a pre lci so that’s a big difference in wideness alone. I’ve been trying to see if they fit but the guy wants them gone today so I need some help. Thanks!
I have too many cars right now but I plan on getting rid of my e90 and picking up a v8 5 series and the e34 stylistic wise to me is pretty nice, not sure how these hold up or drive compared to 3 series cars though.
Still have no idea what’s wrong with it, has spark, compression, fuel pump primes, accessory mode works fine, battery replaced, new spark plugs.
If I’m being honest I have no idea what I’m doing, with my e46 I can handle it but this is just different.
I’m assuming it’s a crank sensor maybe, but I don’t wanna just go around throwing parts at it. Need active genuinely because I lost my job and can’t afford to go to get a diagnostic.
Just got to the fuel rail where I’m giving up for the day. I need a break. It’s so over complicated for genuinely no reason.
I heard a big clunk around 145 ish and slowed down I thought I just hit a small rock or something, nope now I don’t have a blinker
I’ve been driving in the summer heat with no AC for a good minute now and it hasn’t worked, low power ac, high power ac, hot, cold, all buttons work, etc etc I wouldn’t get any air at all. I literally drove to Costco and my ac didn’t work, I turned my car back on coming from Costco and then it turned on full blast low temp. Blows super hard and colder than my e46.. does anybody know what could’ve caused this? I did no repairs to AC or recharged it or anything of the sort.
So I’ve owned an is300 before and it was a very short lived but pleasant experience, and I haven’t had an sc300 before. With the is300 I like how it looks and that it’s a sedan for practicality reasons but the interiors are almost always black which I love and theyre very sporty. However I like the long wheelbase and sleek look of the sc300 but the interiors are almost always beige which is a deal breaker for me, or it’s an sc400 and a v8 in this economy isn’t fun for my wallet. I like the bodykits more for the is300 but the the sc300 reminds me of the s14 which is a huge advantage because I love that car but front end appeal the is300 wins. I already have an e46 as a daily so I could live with a coupe. But I’m curious to people who’ve owned the sc300 and is300 for longer before I buy one. Which one has more issues, more fun, easier to work on, etc.
Does anybody know how to make them stop breaking? Or where I can source actual new ones I’m tired of going to pick n pull and grabbing new ones
For context I drive my car like a race car, I recently installed my bilstein struts and my eibach pro kit lowering springs and it wasn’t the cleanest install, my car was clunking bad enough for me to pull to the side of the road and then I retightened everything and it was still clunking but less but then it was squeaking. I kept driving like nothing is wrong and I was driving my car super hard, like up to 140mph hard (nobody on the road) and I just noticed my car isn’t clunking or squeaking anymore. My friend said I probably destroyed a bushing in my lower control arm (the control arms are fairly new and so are the bushings) but my driving experience isn’t affected at all, in fact it’s better than it was before? My guess is the hard driving put whatever was loose into place but I’m curious what someone else would think
Gray to black carpet with duplicolor it didn’t come out perfect but sometimes I forget that I even spray painted it, one day hopefully I can source a good black carpet but I don’t think I wanna take everything apart again….
Just washed my car only to get destroyed by another 330i that looks like it came straight off the lot, the paint, the trim pieces, the headlights, etc all look completely brand new, the silver even looks like a nicer color
Genuinely cannot get this off
It’s been a while since I started my interior swap and I finally decided it’s time to put the back seats and these black trim pieces in so they take up less room in my room but now it’s been so long I’m actually lost with what keeps them in place I swear they were clipped into place
I’m gonna go for sway bar links maybe not being tight enough but as far as I remember I made it all pretty tight, with the whole “I just touched my car so anything could happen” situation I don’t want to push my luck and have a strut pop out and then my whole car shits on itself. I’m gonna re-tighten everything but does anybody have advice for what it could be? I remember when my left sway link was loose it clanked but this sound is deeper than that was
I replaced the battery and it caught on a little and then sputtered again and gave up and we’re back to square one because now it’s just the starter trying to start
It has gas
I held a spark plug in my hand and electrocuted myself so it has spark for sure
It has a new battery
And I tried starting with and without the maf plugged in
I cannot for the life figure this out and I can’t read the stomp test codes
Got this 08 for $1000 couple days ago, my favorite thing to do is lock and unlock it because the headlights come on
