High Bracket 3 Jacob Hauken recommendations

I recently put together this deck out of my bulk cards and it resulted in a very stompy sea monsters/eldrazi deck. I like it alot and the commander is very interesting to me but I would like to focus it more around big sorceries too. Are there any really good high mana value blue or colorless sorceries/artifacts that wont break the bank?

Trying to find a fun deck for my pet card(B3)

I really like this card I got from the Eldrazi Incursion precon but I have other plans for my Ulalek deck that don't include this guy(aristocrats drain). Are there other fun commanders that could really take advantage of this card and it's effects?

Dan Lewis and Gemcutter Buccaneer

Dan Lewis says Noncreature, non-Equipment artifacts you control are Equipment in addition to their other types and have “Equipped creature gets +1/+0” and equip {1}.
Gemcutter Buccaneer says Treasures you control are Equipment in addition to their other types and have “Equipped creature gets +2/+0,” equip Pirate {1}, and equip {3}.

Which of these effects is applicable to Treasures if both Dan and Gemcutter are in play?

I mostly run high Bracket 3 decks and that is the general meta of the pod i'm in. However, I want to challenge myself to make something lower powered either to use in beginner pods or just to have on hand for a beginner since my other decks are a bit complicated. [[Aya of Alexandria]] seems like a really good fit. She's also Rank #2,839 on edhrec with only 136 decks to her name which makes me really wanna try making her work.

I'm currently planning this deck as an aggro historics matter that uses the spawned tokens as chump blockers but are there other possible directions i could go in that would make the deck more fun? Maybe leaning into the lifegain aspect. I'm definitely including [[Bayek of Siwa]], [[Odric, Lunarch Marshall]] and [[Craig Boone]]

The main thing is that he gets his powers from his magical belt.

He can do alot of the standard superhero stuff like super strength and super leaping but he also has retractable claws that can cut through anything and function like grappling hooks.
