While I am not personally a fan of Star Trek, revisiting certain episodes this evening and discovering a particularly outstanding one brought me considerable satisfaction. This specific episode evokes a profoundly positive sentiment.

The episode in question is "Inner Light," in which Captain Picard undergoes an experience where he lives an entire lifetime within a matter of seconds, retaining all memories and the ability to play the flute afterwards.

Is this okay to post here, as we drive smaller motorized two-wheel vehicles.

Doing a 1,200km (750 miles) in 4 days, trying to do as much dirt/gravel/forest as we can find along the road. This time not sleeping outdoors like we used to do in Spain, Sweden, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark.

Because due to the weather, sleeping in a tent is impossible for me. So no camping gear makes the 50cc's a lot lighter.

Top speed is 50kph (30mph); going steep uphill is 15kph (9mph) or pushing.

Meet our dog throughout the years.

Already 13 years old, he helped me a lot. We trained him as a therapy dog and took him weekly to elderly folks with dementia, etc. He retired at 12, and in the last 13 years, we traveled a lot, but in recent years, he can't come because he's just getting too old. For the last year, I can't even get him off his couch in the morning. He still has bursts of energy and loves to play, but prefers to just sleep alot these days.

Ihave a new Transalp 750 eclutch 2026. While riding through deep, loose sand, how do I completely turn off the ABS? It states my ABS is off, but I can't slide the rear tire. The ABS is still engaging, and it's starting to get on my nerves.

I need some help, in menu on user profile its off, but its not 100% off..

Got a Transalp 750 e-clutch, ordered it new and got it early May this year. I don't think I want to use the clutch ever again. I've ridden 4000km so far, 500km of those were off-road. It took me 50km to get used to it, and I freaking love it; the auto rev-matching, etc., it all works perfectly toget

The only time I use the clutch now is when I panic-grab it, but that will be difficult to unlearn after decades of riding.

I also saved all the fairings, due to riding it off-road I replaced them. Some say it looks like a cop motorcycle or the Dutch flag. Anyway, I love the bike.

I fitted it with cruise control, which was way too easy to install, 90% plug and play, and only one single wire needed to be spliced. Honda, be ashamed! That should not even be an option and should be factory standard.

I get the rims, but I am looking for tubeless rims that don't cost 20% of the bike. Does anyone have ideas?

Doing an oil change like so often, but instead of using a cut-up 5-liter bucket that fits badly under my Transalp, I decided to get an upgrade. I bought an oil drain pan from Liquid Molly... the oil hit the tilted side and it made a perfect arch over the edge, a whole 3.9 liters (1 gal) fml

IIt's a 10-liter liquid Molly oil drain pan. The oil hit just left of the yellow plug, and most got sent over the edge. No matter how I turned it quikly, it just kept arching over the edge. Engine oil was still hot, so I also slightly burned my hand (just red), for goodness sake wat a chaos.

Going back to my trusty self-cut bucket for this.

Cleaned up and got a huge oil stain at the moment. Any tips to get rid of it? I think because the oil was still hot, it was a lot thinner and it got absorbed into the stone.

Can we get a half-fold phone? Just the phone not being foldable, with only a single, shorter, and wider screen. That would be such a nice format instead of my S24 Ultra or S26. I can't be the only one wishing for a smaller phone, right?

I would love to see a good, smaller phone, and the Fold8 looks like the perfect size for it.

Not the Flip8 with widgets on the small screen and losing the entertainment, just the outside screen of the Fold8 that deletes the internal foldable screen.

Has anyone gone up Col du Sommeiller with a 50cc (highest off-road route in Europe)? I keep wanting to do the climb with my Honda Zoomer.

I already rode my Honda Zoomer 50cc across the Spanish Pyrenees (on-road/gravel).

I did the off-road route called the TeT in the Netherlands, Belgium, and parts of Germany and Sweden.

I did camping trips to Sweden, Belgium, Spain, and Germany.

Anyone have any tips or seen a idiot Drive up the 3000-meter off-road route?

I understand the hp curve. With only 4.2 hp at sea level, I will have 2.9 hp at the top. I will possibly have to push it part of the way.

I just keep wondering if I should, but while writing this, I kind of made up my mind, and I am going to do it

Has anyone gone up Col du Sommeiller with a 50cc (highest off-road route in Europe)? I'm asking here because this is where the knowledge is. I keep wanting to do the climb with my Honda Zoomer. We already decided on this forum my little Honda is an ultralight enduro, so any advice?

I was at an old-timer car show today and came across this beauty! A Hercules W-2000 Wankel. Only 1,800 were built and it's a 300cc motorcycle with a rotary engine!

Its a German motorcycle famously remembered as the world's first production bike powered by a Wankel rotary engine. Built between 1974 and 1977, it used a 294cc air-cooled single-rotor engine that produced 27 to 32 horsepower. Due to poor fuel economy and limited sales, only 1,800 units were built.

Yesterday at Zwarte Cross was great! We stood in the front, and my wife was in the middle of the mosh pit! She got spun and thrown around, took a trip, and she ended up crowd-surfing in her wheelchair to the stage where she shook hands with Ken. She had the time of her life! Thanks you all!

I did not have time to film or take pictures, as I was way too busy tracking my wife while in the mosh pit. If anyone was there who has pictures or filmed my wife, I would love to have them. My wife had a great time. All the people around us in the pit were taking care of her while also treating her like one treats others in a pit. She got pushed around and a bit banged up, and she loved it. Just like before she needed a chair. Thank you all who were there!

I used to be an all-inclusive resort type of guy; my wife is not. She had to trick/force me to go to Nepal, with a backpack, without an itinerary or even a place to sleep on arrival. I fell in love with backpacking, either hiking and camping out or traveling around. Here are just some pics.

Can't stress this enough to anyone who is in doubt about going backpacking: just go! The best two decades of my life so far; I wish I had learned sooner about backpacking and meeting others qll over the world and the kindness of others.

In my opinion, the best countries to visit are Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Nepal. Of course, I've been to more, but these are by far the most impressive to me.

Do any of you have other countries you could recommend?

Brand new bike, 2000 km, Honda Transalp 750 eclutch, It keeps blowing this black stuff out my exhaust. Is this normal for a new bike? And what is it?

I cleaned it multiple times already.

Just wanted to show my new bike after 1 month of owning it and all the things I did to it. It's been ridden 2000km (1250 miles) and I don't regret waiting for the Honda Transalp 2026 E-Clutch at all. I love it.

It's my first new bike.

Day one I replaced the OEM fairings with an R-tech fairings kit, added SW Motech handguards, crash bars, and panniers.

I added a top case for work and use Mosko Moto bags for camping.

I replaced the fairings, etc., mostly because I will drop it off-road, which has already happened.

Same reason I ordered a bagster leather tank cover.

I'm also looking for a higher-mounted exhaust, which would need to fit behind the pannier rack. The second picture shows the Dominator MX2 at €299. Any oppinion on the brand?

I loved my old African 750, and this feels a lot like the same bike but with more oomph.

Also, I do get some reactions that others think it looks like a police bike due to the colors. Maybe I'll get a bright yellow NJC helmet as well, haha.

New Mariokart World feels so so off, Or is it just my old gamingass?

I just bought a Switch 2, and it came with the new Mario Kart. I have been a huge fan of Mario Kart ever since I bought the first SNES Mario Kart at 12 years old, which was the first game I bought with my own money. I have owned every Nintendo console and played them, and while Mario Kart 7 wasn't the best either, this Mario Kart feels so so off. I actually regret buying it.

The roads are too wide, there are no corners, it's slow, and there's some external interference like cars, etc. But even on 150cc, it's not interesting enough to keep playing. The tracks feel absolutly boring af, loooong wide stretched of road with nothingness, understand there have been many iterations, and of course, they need to try something new, but this game feels like a low-effort idle clicker phone game.

Then they stripped out the customization of the karts. You get coins, but there's no way to use them or even see them or what they do. It feels like a failed plan they later stripped out.

I have not yet played online. I am 42, and I know I can't keep up with the younger players, just like in Call of Duty, Battlefield, etc., so I was not interested in playing online.

Am I the only one feeling like this?
