it's actually very possible for this game to open again, since the drama of lawsuit may end by Jason & steven being friends again ?

there is discord with 150k members, and reddit with thousands of players.. so this isn't very impossible, so from your experience in early access game, what did you want from Devs to do next ?

is there any bug, or any complains so far? and how did you see the future of the game?

i personally prefer Ra2 over Wc3, from Gameplay to art design..

في عصرنا الحديث, وخصوصا في السنوات الاخيرة, بدا جدال كبير في اصداء الانترنت, الجيل القديم الذي عاش في الخمسينيات, الستينيات يتحدثون عن ان كيف كانت الحياة جميلة, وكيف كان الناس يحترمون بعضهم البعض, الامن والامان, لا يوجد شجار, او كره , او بغض, حياة سهلة مريحة اي ان العالم كان جميل و ورديا بدون اي مشاكل او هموم, ولاكن يا ترى هل هذا صحيح ؟

الجيل القديم خطير جدا, ليس في الوطن العربي فقط, بل حتى في الدول العالم الاخرى, هناك حقائق مخفية وقصص لا يتم تداولها في الزمن الحالي, واليكم هذه القصة التي قد تغير نظرتكم عن الجيل القديم, لنفسح مجالا عن جانب غريب لم يسبق لك رؤيته على الاطلاق

في مدينة ما, عدد قوامها 30 الف نسمة, كانو من طائفة واحدة, والسمة المميزة في هذه المدينة هو وجود مشائخ اعيان, يكونون واجهة لهذه المدينة, وغالبا ما يتم اختيار شخص ما من كبار السن ليكون هو قائدهم الذي يستشيرونه في الصواب والخطا والصلاح.. هناك مجموعة اخرى بجانبه مكونة من كبار سن اخرين, واعمارهم تترواح ما بين 60 الى 70 عاما ( ولاكن هنا يكمن الخطر )

كانو اهالي هذه المدينة يعيشون في ظل دولة, تتكون من 20 محافظة رئيسية, كان يحكمها رئيس وصف بالجدل, ثار عليه الشعب, وسقط في النهاية, وهنا تبدا كل الحكاية, عندما سقط الحكم, اختفى اي وجود لاي قوات مسلحة تابعة لهذه الدولة, فاصبحت ال20 محافظة حرة, ولاول مرة, يكون للمشائخ والاعيان القرار بالحكم والسيطرة على مداخل المدينة وكذلك الاستيلاء على اسلحة كانت بحوزة جيش الحاكم

فشكلوا قوة عسكرية تسمى قوة حماية الجبل

في تلك المدينة كان هناك شيخان يتم اعتبارهم قدوة حسنة للمجتمع الخاص بهم, الشيخ الاول يدعى الشيخ الحكيم, والاخر يدعى الشيخ الفلاح, كانا قبل سقوط الرئيس بمثابة اصدقاء يزور احدهما الاخر, وكانا يتكلمان ويستقبلان بعضهما في مجالس منزلهما, عمرهما في 70 تقريبا, وكان لكل منهما له اشخاص يؤيدونهم ويحبون سماع قصصهم او نصحهم للاخرين ( ولاكن هذا لم يستمر طويلا )

كان الشيخ الحكيم متردد في اندماج مدينته مع الاخرين ولانه قام بتأسيس لنفسه قوة تؤمن المدينة تدعى حماة الجبل, فقال ان اهل مدينتي يختلفون كثيرا عن الاخرين, وان اندماجنا السابق معهم كان مرغما عنه بسبب قوة الحاكم السابق للدولة, بينما الشيخ الفلاح قال اننا اصدقاء مع المدن والمحافظات الاخرى لاننا نتكلم نفس اللغة, فدرسنا مع بعضنا وعشنا مع بعضنا في هذه الدولة بحلوها و مرها

ما حدث بعدها هو حدوث شجار ما بين قوات حماية الجبل التابعة للشيخ الحكيم, ضد افراد الجيش التابعين للحاكم الجديد للدولة, معربا عن ان مدينة الجبل هو كيان مستقل, وانه الحاكم الشرعي لهذه المدينة ولا يحق لاحد سلب هذا منه, عارضه الشيخ الفلاح, وقال له اليس من الافضل الصلح والوئام مع الاخرين ؟ فهم يتكلمون بنفس لغتنا, ولم نعتد الانعزال عنهم على الاطلاق

هنا غضب الشيخ الحكيم من الشيخ الفلاح, وقد قرر بالسر السيطرة على قرار مدينته, لان لكل شيخ كان هناك مؤيد, ومجموعة تسانده ولان لا يمكن لمدينة ان تحظى ب 2 بابا سنفور, هنا قرر الشيخ الحكيم خطف الشيخ الفلاح بشكل مفاجىء

وفي اليوم التالي وجد مقتولا مرميا امام المستشفى العام في المدينة, ويقال ان الشيخ الحكيم التقى بالشيخ الفلاح اثناء اختطافه, ليقول له بانني هو المسيطر على المدينة, وقعت المدينة في هول الصدمة, شيخ كبير في السن ملقى في امام المستشفى ؟ في الشارع؟ وذلك بعد سماع الجميع بنبىء خطف الشيخ الفلاح من قبل الشيخ الحكيم ؟ هل يعقل ان كبير سن قد قام بقتل كبير سن اخر ؟

مات الشيخ الفلاح, وسيطر الشيخ الحكيم على المدينة بالكامل, على الرغم من ان قبل سنة من سقوط الحاكم الرئيسي للدولة, كان كلاهما اعز الاصدقاء, وكانت لاتوجد مشاكل في داخل المدينة, ولاكن عندما تم تخييره ما بين السلطة والقوة وبين صديقه القديم, اختار السلطة بدون اي تردد, والى اليوم, مازال الشيخ الحكيم قائد هذه المدينة, وقد انضم له كبار سن اخرين لدعمه, يستقبلونه في مجالسهم الحكومية, ويعدون له الولائم, ليتوج نفسه رسميا باسم " حامي عرين الجبل "

وهنا يظهر لكم جليا ان الجيل القديم مرعب جدا, واننا الجيل الجديد قد نقوم بتضيع وقتنا احيانا في الالعاب الإلكترونية, وقد نخطى في كسلنا او عدم دراستنا او اجتهادنا, ولاكن تتذكر اننا افضل من اشخاص كثر, فالشيخ الحكيم لم يكتفي بقتل صديقه فقط, بل في قانون الجريمة, من يقتل مرة, لا يمانع في القتل اكثر من مرة وهذا ما يفعله الان

is it possible for them to come back ? it's weird thing that after 10 years of working on the game, and pretty sure they were excited and trying to make this game in good position, maybe talked about it with their families and friends and thought they will be succuss project of their lives, so what did you think ? or did you think the a whole drama break them down

this game is actually worth checking and added to steam Wishlist, the gameplay is very stable, with cool faction and solid design, not to mention that you can customization your unit's by adding colors or different pattern on them.. i followed this project since a long time, coming back to discover how advance the gameplay & stability is..

people hoping for a glitch or something to open and go in-game.. did you think Ashes of Creation is gone for ever, or maybe possible of come back?

Unfortunately, the sad truth is that modern MMO development is not working with a budget of 10 million dollars, or even 20 million dollars.. and that is why many companies have abandoned this industry.. because the budget for this type of game can reach 500 million dollars. if they want stable game, And hundreds of working developers

I have followed gameplay of this game.. and the level it has reached seems expected.. it could have been worse.. achieving the goals they planned for the game may take another 6 or 7 years.. Steven Sharif Over the years, it seems that many behind-the-scenes dramas have been affecting the developers' mental health.. and the proof is Steven's hair turning white in his latest interview compared to his first interview in 2017.. and his face say it all, red face, dark eye, unhealthy face, and massy hair, It seems that game development turned suddenly from a 'dream' to a 'nightmare' that must be gotten rid of... ( and maybe it will come back ) ?

The frightening thing is that this drama has shifted from being about the game to the law and judiciary, as well as planning to imprison people involved in this project, and this matter is dangerous and threatens all independent developers, making them give up on realizing their dream game.. Perhaps 2D or pixel games will be the refuge for independent developers forever. thoughts?

i noticed a lot of people who get mentally ill or damage feeling because of what happen to AOC, because some people actually waited 10 years for this game to come out.. and we human have at least 60 years of our time to live, which is mean anyone who waited for that game.. is actually wasted 17% of their lives... i can understand this part.. but you guys really need to calm down and relax..

we are humans, we don't need to sit in negative circle, i'm talking about the people, LazyPeon, Steven.. everyone has suffered from this experience.. steven has dream of making his own MMO, when he was actually working for other huge companies and having decent salary.. LazyPeon, he waited 10 years, and spend thousands to support this project and have a lot of videos and time to spread and hype the game, and the people who also suffer from exact same problem, money spends, and unknown future.... and, some people feels the needs for quitting MMO or gaming after what happen to them..

i hope everyone can forget about what's happen, you don't need to think in that way.. and i'm know that people actually give up about MMO as a whole after this, or play old MMO games cuz there is no recent MMO at the moment at all.... and me my self, didn't know about the drama until now.. and i didn't know that AOC is actually exist, because i'm actually give up playing MMO since a long time ago... because i know these type of games suck up a lot of your time..

i think the shading & models & lighting looks like the game made by UE5, the skin colors of characters during the morning are yellowish, and this being a case in every anime games right now
