Pray for my baby girl, she wandered to closely to a black hole and got spaghettified
Got a new camera so naturally I took a picture of my cat
How do you guys like the Sony DT 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 SAM?
Just got a basically new a6400 kit and am looking for a nice upgrade over the kit lens. I found one for sale locally in great condition for $80.
I tend to go for portraits whenever we're out and about and occasionally do wides with family. I've read some good stuff about this lens and would like to hear your thoughts about it.
I made an upside down holder for my OralB Pro 800 electric toothbrush that sticks to the back of my bathroom cabinet door.
HTC Vive 2016 for $105??
Seller on fb marketplace is selling his old complete. Appears to never been used and all of the accessories are still sealed. Just the headset has been opened. Apparently his mom gifted it to him without knowing they need a pc for it.

Help me choose between Nikon Zfc and Sony A6400?
First of all, I'm in the Philippines, where the secondhand market is abysmal.
In my months search of a reputable second hand camera seller, I've come across these two cameras at the following prices:
Nikon ZFc(with box, 2k sc): $640 Sony a6400(with box 15k sc): $575
I've been reading user comments and Nikon's leg up seems to be really good kit lens, intuitive knobs, retro look. Sony's seems to be more compact, weather sealed, and a vast lens selection.
With this, the reason I'm considering the Nikon is since people are saying that the stock glass is really good, that I could put off buying new glass for longer, compared to the Sony which a lot of people seem to recommend buying the body only and getting a sigma prime lens, which will send me over budget quite quickly.
General info:
Budget: $650/php 40k
Country: Philippines
Condition: used
Type of Camera: mirrorless
Intended use: photography
End use: social media
If photography: what style: landscape and portrait
What features do you absolutely need: articulating screen, evf, options for lens.
What features would be nice to have: weather sealing, light weight
Portability: shoulder strap
Cameras you're considering: see above
Cameras you already have: none
Notes: I've been in analog photography some years ago and want to get back into it but in digital this time for convenience.

Is This Management Prerogative or a Labor Issue?
Hello posting this for a friend who doesnt know reddit. Haahha for real.
Need advice regarding an employment issue.
I'm a regular employee in a private organization and recently found myself in a situation that doesn't sit well with me.
Several months ago, I requested an extended leave for a personal trip. I discussed it with my supervisor well in advance and made preparations to ensure my responsibilities would be covered during my absence. Based on our discussions, I proceeded with travel arrangements.
Shortly before the trip, management changed its position and informed me that the leave would not be approved. At that point, everything had already been booked and paid for. Believing that I had acted in good faith and fulfilled my responsibilities beforehand, I pushed through with the trip.
When I returned, I learned that my leave had been disapproved. I was subsequently removed from my position, subjected to administrative charges, and eventually suspended.
What confuses me is that throughout my employment, my performance evaluations had generally been positive, and there were no major operational issues during my absence.
More recently, I've also encountered difficulties receiving compensation for days that I had already worked before the suspension took effect. I've made several attempts to seek clarification but have not received clear answers.
At this point, I'm trying to understand whether this is simply management exercising its prerogative or whether there may be labor law issues involved.
For those familiar with the labor law:
• What rights does a regular employee have in a situation like this? • Can compensation for days already worked be delayed indefinitely? • What due process protections should exist before imposing disciplinary sanctions? • At what point should an employee consider consulting DOLE , NLRC?
I'm not looking for revenge or conflict. I simply want to understand whether what happened is normal workplace discipline or something that may have crossed legal boundaries.
Any insights would be appreciated.
Stayed in a cabin during a downpour yesterday. It was mesmerizing.
