The Nova I’ve had for 2-3 weeks
God of War: Ghost of Sparta using PPSSPP
Total time was 7 hours and 6 minutes
Probably could have done it in 1 charge, psp sips the battery in the nova

Just sharing some thoughts here. Had the Nova for 2 days now. I actually kinda like playing PS2 on the nova better than my AYN Portal. I’ve never had an issue with letter boxing or black bars in my screen on the portal but the Nova just looks SO GOOD! it’s hard to explain it unless you’ve seen the full screen goodness. It’s half the size of the portal but gives almost the same experience so it feels more immersive specifically for 4:3 content. 3:2 specifically GBA looks better on the Nova because it feels more natural at that size. It sounds like a dumb complaint but it looks too big on the portal to my eyes, it’s weird. Obviously 16:9 the portal takes the win, but I play for more 16:9 content either games or movies/TV. The Portal screen is literally the size of the Nova (shown in pic)
So far really enjoying it. ALSO no dpad issues on mine

I’ve not been rough with this device at all. And the fan has a whirring sound when the device tilts.

Remember to touch grass. I’m leaving mine at home for family time today

I brought my AYN Portal too, but I’m feeling more in the mood for the Miyoo mini+. My wife calls them my gameboys. My big gameboy and my little gameboy😂

I guess I officially have a “collection” now so here’s the obligatory post. I don’t have people in my life who share this interest so I’m here a lot.
Got the portal 2 months ago and the Miyoo just today.
Happy to have something more “pocketable” and… the best way I can think to describe the Miyoo is “carefree” coming from a portal. It’s also fun, feels like my very first time playing Pokémon yellow on a game boy color. I almost got a RP flip 2 instead as an only device, but I’m pretty happy with this so far.

It’s 3D printed so it will have imperfections but the quality is based on your printing process, cut fabric and glue it where the screen goes for better protection!
