I missed watching DC in theatres because of some reasons, so finally got in ott platform at sunnxt started watching it today at 1 AM.
And honestly, after a long time, I watched a movie without even touching my phone in the middle till the end man. 😭 I was completely into it.
I really connected with Das character. The way they showed him, his emotions, his journey… idk man, it felt really real to me. There are so many small things in the movie that I liked, and I genuinely didn’t expect to get this attached to his character.
Also Anirudh’s music 🔥 Especially those mass moments… that shit just hits different. I was literally enjoying the vibe so much.
Only regret is that I didn’t watch this in a theatre. I can already imagine how much better some of those scenes and the music would’ve hit on the big screen with a proper crowd.
DC is one of those movies where once you get into it, you just forget everything else for a while.

And yeah… Devadas character is definitely staying with me.💉🥀
