I requested a doctor's note from my doctor to be excused from jury duty.

The clerk at the courthouse said my doctor only needs to send a note asking for me to be excused. I don't need to tell the court my diagnoses. Does this sound right?

My home was foreclosed in 2019. Home sold (with realtor) in 2020. Home sold for about 50k less than loan, fees, etc amount. I looked up home on Redfin, and home has appreciated about 80k since purchase in 2020.

I filed for bankruptcy to keep home after my divorce. I lived in home for about 8 months. Case closed with the courts in 2019, but would the bank go after me for funds?

My manager said I would be getting a raise and hasn't said anything since. It's been about two weeks, so how should I approach manager about the raise?

Also, I didn't ask for a raise.

So, my house was foreclosed years ago. My ex and I were on the mortgage and deed. 270k was left on loan. House sold for 330k.

Always assumed I wouldn't be getting money back. My adult kid alluded that my ex got back money after foreclosure. Is this possible? Wouldn't the check need two signatures? Ex was abusive, so zero communication.

Elevated protein in urine mid-April. I took a blood test last week and had no protein. I'm waiting to talk with nephrologist, but I I'm thinking of retesting next month and holding off on kidney biopsy.

Kidney biopsy was for protein, trace of blood, and low/positive ANA. I've had a trace of blood in urine for decades. Docs never seemed concern.

My eGFR is 60. Nephrologist wants a biopsy due to protein leakage. Is it standard to get a biopsy for a diagnosis? Bloodwork is showing positive ANA and elevated protein levels.

So, I've never had a positive covid test. The first infection was in March 2020. Suspected two infections since 2020.

I started feeling sick over a week ago, but home tests were negative. People said that testing your throat and then nose is the best method. Well, out of desperation, I swabbed my throat and then nose. I know, gross, but again, desperate to get an accurate result. The test was negative, so I've been treating my symptoms.

Three (today) days after testing, my throat and nose are bothering me. It doesn't really hurt, but it feels super inflamed. Could using the same swab for throat and nose cause a bacterial infection? I'm freaking out. Ugh

Service connected lumbar strain. Recent MRI showed cervical degenerative disease/cervical stenosis and bulging discs.

File cervical as secondary to back? What evidence is needed for secondary claims, besides VA doctor notes and MRI.

I'm supposed to get a kidney biopsy on Monday, but I'm sick. The nurse at the hospital is going to call again tonight to see how im feeling. I'm feeling a little better, but I'm definitely not feeling good.

I'm not sure what to do. Anyone else get sick before a kidney biopsy?
