Afrobeats & Afro pop Billions Club
There are only few songs so far, but hopefully in a future more will reach the milestone
Suggest songs that make you genuinely laugh?
Doesn't matter why, because funny & clever lyrics, because how silly they are, subject matter, how badly the lyrics written (to the point of being funny) or any other reason
Songs that immediately evoke a sense of nostalgia?
English and non English (the later ones even better if those are personal to YOU). I'm really curious to see will there be big amount of variety based on genre, specific memory or language
Suggest songs that might not leave a good first impression, but truly grow on you the more you listen
reddit.comHow important is an artist reputation for their music consumption?
I’m a big believer that musicians who have been in the industry for a while and have not hidden from the public eye will have some controversies here and there. Of course, subjectively, some of their mistakes will sour people's impression of them, but for the most part, there will be an understanding that we are all human and are not perfect. So, I’m not talking about those types of situations. I’m talking about the really bad cases, when an artist is generally and commonly seen as a bad person. Does it affect your appreciation of their music if the music itself is objectively great? Can you still listen to it? Can you separate the artist from the art?
Your favorite collaborations?
My favorite collaborations in music are the ones when you clearly can hear that two artists had a vision, they truly undestand each other and they wrote a song that feels authentic to both of them & at the same time is high quality. What are your thoughts? And what song would be perfect example of your vision of a perfect collaboration

I like Ukrainian language & the way your music sounds because of it, so I decided to make playlist with Top50 most streamed Ukrainian songs of all time. Sadly, some of my favorites didn't got in, but still i decided to share the playlist I made, hopefully you will like it & hopefully i didn't missed any songs, i really did a big research and put lots of effort before sharing 🤍
How you consume seasonal music?
I think it is more common for people to still enjoy summer vibe music on winter, but are there people who listen winter songs, especially holiday season ones any other time of the year not just December-early January? Is it important for you, when it comes to seasonal music what time of the year you play it? Will fall season song hit different on spring or if you like the song you can listen it any time?
Do you have any guilty pleasure songs?
If so, recommend me some, I think those can be super fun sometimes
Original soundtrack or popular/fitting pre-existing songs?
Not sure of the answer of my own question, but there are movies/TV series with already pre-existing songs used based on the vibes of the scenes, but there also lots of movies/TV series were all of the music originally made for that production. Do you even notice those type of things & do you have any preferences or it depends of the music quality and ability to fit the right emotion in the particular scene?
Let's talk about power vocals in current music scene
Nowadays modern pop production favors stripped-back, conversational deliveries, lo-fi sound and chill aesthetics. There are artists who still able to showcase their power vocals, but majority songs favor other goals. What do you think about this trend & how long will it last until the power vocals (and powerful back up instrumentals) will go back to the top? Considering music, same as anything else in life, keeps going on and off trend periodically, it looks like we can get back to this trend sooner or later
Songs about love/appreciation for a town, city or country?
reddit.comWhat do you think is the most beautiful language for music?
What do you think is the most beautiful language for music? Of course it is extremely subjective question and everybody will have a different answer, majority will choose their native language, because they can connect with the lyrics better and the sonic structure feels familiar or choose French, Italian (common answers for a good reason), i would also add that Ukrainian sound very beautiful and melodic. I'm really curious to hear your takes?
