Keeping it minimal..!!

things i carry daily:

  • Room Keycard
  • Nanobag Standard
  • Wallet

Slowly cutting down what i carry and this is where i am now.

I have like 7 reusable bags at home and still taking plastic ones at checkout. Quite embarrassing...!

I kept buying reusable bags thinking that was the fix that will completely replace plastic bags. But I ended up with a pile of them by the door that i would just not take with me.

I think the issue was they were always somewhere else like in the car or forgotten at home.

only thing that changed it for me was finding a nanobag. Basically a reusable bag that packs small enough that i can just carry in my pocket or even clips to a keychain so i literally never forget it now.

anyone else struggle with the bag thing? how did you get around it?

Not talking about big dramatic declutters. just the small everyday habits that quietly made life simpler.

for me it was stopping the pile of plastic bags from grocery runs. now I just keep one small packable bag in my pocket and that's it. sounds small but it genuinely cleared up a whole kitchen drawer lol... I don't know maybe even helped in no plastic movement as well for sustainable planet.

what's yours? drop it below!! looking for more ideas to steal.

Been doing one bag travel for a while now and the thing that took me longest to figure out was what to do when you're out exploring and need to carry stuff back.

souvenirs, groceries, a jacket you took off, random market finds. suddenly you're holding plastic bags like a tourist lol

now I just keep a pocket sized bag in my back pocket. weighs basically nothing so it doesn't mess with my one bag philosophy but it's there when I need it.

such a small thing but genuinely changed how my day trips feel.

anyone else have a small add-on like this that made one bag travel actually work?

Honestly learned most of this the hard way lol.

  • Book trains early. Peak season last minute prices will hurt.
  • Shoes matter more than you think. Cobblestones everywhere, your feet will give up on you by day two if you're not careful.
  • Always carry a small packable bag with you like a Nanobag in your pocket to fill stuffs that you buy in the market or random shops.
  • Don't pack your days too tight. The best stuff usually happens when you're just wandering with no plan.
  • Skip restaurants with picture menus outside. You'll thank yourself later.

What would you guys add? Happy to see the addons!!

I stuff a Nanobag in my coin pocket when I travel. It's so tiny and light I literally forget it's there. Feels the same as carrying nothing.

But it's there if I need it. Random purchase, groceries on the way back, whatever.

Curious where people here draw the line. Does something this small still count, or am I cheating?

Caught this beautiful tree in full bloom today. The contrast between the soft purple flowers and the clear blue sky was too good.

Finally got to see the Taj Mahal in person, and it honestly exceeded expectations. The detail, symmetry, and sheer scale are incredible. Pictures don’t really do it justice.
