I just got signed on for Wayfair Servicepro atter two years of waiting, and let me tell you, if you think Taskrabbit adding their % fee is bad, you would loathe wayfair’s pricing. I did my first two jobs today and I asked one of the clients how much she paid.

For an outdoor furniture setup, she paid $120. I received a grand total of $51. I got that thing knocked out in an hour, but oh boy😂 that ain’t even 45%. I probably would’ve charged $70 on a direct call.

So yeah, if you’re a client, forget these apps and just start getting in touch with local handymen or your most recent Tasker. These apps are super greedy.

I've listened to a handful of Rage songs but never a full album. The thing that is daunting to me is their gigantic catalog, something like 26 albums which is absolutely ridiculous. Which albums would you recommend as "must-listens?"

I’ve been on Taskrabbit for about 2 years and primarily focus on Furniture Assembly and Personal Assistance tasks. I’ve slowly been adding new skills over time and am wondering which ones in the Home Improvement category would be a good starter point/ low risk/ low entry cost to build into, stuff that I could experiment with around my apartment first.

I dabbled occasionally into a few home improvements type tasks but nothing really in depth.

For instance, with stuff like “Minor Home Repairs,” what does the average task look like here? The category description is a bit broad. “Smart Home Installation” seems like another simple one but I don’t know of the demand for this.

I’m not talking about in terms of something like “Ghost sucks because they’re posers” or whatever. I want to hear the absolute worst sounding metal you have ever heard, in terms of production value and musicianship. I want something that has 0 competency in the vocals and guitar-work, and drums that sound like garbage can lids being smacked against a toilet.

Think of something along the lines of Vorak - “Triumph of the Will” or Czarci Świt. If you know either of these, you know the absolute level of trash I want to hear.

I had installed this mod onto my main save a while ago, and uninstalled it since because it was more annoying than anything else. What has been a persistent issue has been when my character "dies," I pretty much just get knocked down for a few seconds and get back up. There is no actual death anymore and I am fundamentally immortal. Now, it hasn't been a gamebreaking issue, ironically quite the opposite, but I would like to figure out how to fix this. This is only prevalent on my main save. Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't revert to an earlier save, because those saves are from half a year ago and were wiped by Proteus.

I had a delivery to a customer’s workplace building and the following happened: directions took me to the wrong location. It was an $11 order with no tip btw. I called the customer and found the location she told me to go to and drove around for 15 minutes looking for her because she said she was standing outside. Its this giant warehouse building and I’m driving around like a moron looking for her to no avail.

I eventually got frustrated with her and she said she wanted a refund and hung up. She refused to reply to my app messages afterwards.

I managed to call support and they told me they called the customer and they were going to have me cancel. At this point I had wasted 45 minutes and I still wanted to get paid, so I just marked the delivery as complete and kept the order and went home. I‘ve never had an issue like this before so I had no clue what to do.

I broke my femur in mid March and had to bail on Taskrabbit for over 2 months. I got a policy violation and 7 day ban for trying to get a client to cancel a task I had booked that week.

I finally put myself back on the schedules but I am getting nothing, a few weeks in. I’m at the middle of the search query. 6 skills activated, all the furniture stuff and some of the assistance categories. I’ve got 120 5 star reviews on the app. I live in NC if anyone is wondering.

Has anyone ever taken an extended break and did you ever get tasks again after it?

Where are the regular promotions, like +$4 for 2 trip, +$6 tor 2 trips, +$12 for 2 trips, the hourly wage promos, and the +$1/trip boost bonus? I took a 2 month break due to an injury and I don’t get them now.

I was making $28/hr and now I make $7-$10/hr less without these promos. The new ones suck because my acceptance rate is always single digit. Are the old ones ever coming back?

Hello, all. Two months ago I completely broke my femur and since surgery I’ve been able to get to a point where I’m hobbling around at least, but with difficulty. Before this, I was working betwern Ubereats, Amazon Flex and Taskrabbit full time making an average of $18-$30/hr.

Because of my current physical limitations and leg pain, doing any of these now is challenging and I am looking for any job that has lots of sitting involved. Work from home would be a bonus. My current financial situation puts my minimum livable wage at $20/hr. I have an associates in Engineering and some certifications in 3D CAD Drafting. I’m open to internships, part time, or full time, as long as it’s in Charlotte.

So, I have a small dead YT channel I don’t upload on anymore, with under 1,000 subs. About two years ago I kept getting notifications every day about subscribers, and it’s the exact same guy each time. Well, I checked the channel again today, and the guy is fully committed to unsubscribing and re-subscribing every single day.….

Does anyone have an explanation besides it being either a bot or a schizophrenic person?
