I, Bryan J. Freedman, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, hereby declare as follows:

1. I am a partner of Liner Freedman Taitelman + Cooley, LLP, attorneys for Consolidated Plaintiffs Wayfarer Studios LLC ("Wayfarer"), Justin Baldoni ("Baldoni"), Jamey Heath ("Heath"), It Ends With Us Movie LLC ("IEWU"), Melissa Nathan ("Nathan"), Jennifer Abel ("Abel"), and Steve Sarowitz ("Sarowitz") (collectively, the "Wayfarer Parties") in the above-captioned matter.
2. I submit this affidavit in opposition to the motion to strike filed on May 14, 2025 by Blake Lively (Dkt. 217) regarding my May 14, 2025 letter (Dkt. 218) elaborating on the basis for the Wayfarer Parties' subpoena to Venable LLP.
3. On February 14, 2025, I received a voicemail from a person very closely linked to Taylor Swift, whom I subsequently called back the same day. Out of respect for the individual in question, I am not identifying them at this time; however, should the Court direct me to do so, I will comply with the Court's order.
4. During the February 14th phone call, which lasted approximately one hour, the speaker told me that they had been informed that J. Douglas Baldridge, counsel for Taylor Swift and a partner at Venable LLP, had received a phone call from Michael Gottlieb, counsel for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds during which Mr. Gottlieb requested, on Ms. Lively's behalf, that Taylor Swift make a social media statement in support of Ms. Lively given her absence from the Super Bowl that year, and stated that if Ms. Swift failed to do so, Ms. Lively would release "ten years" of private texts with Ms. Swift. The individual also told me that they had been informed that Mr. Baldridge had accused Mr. Gottlieb of extortion and ended the call. During the same February 14th call, the individual told me that they had been informed that, four or five months earlier, Ms. Lively had requested that Ms. Swift delete her text messages with Ms. Lively.
5. During the same February 14th call, the individual told me that they had been informed that, four or five months earlier, Ms. Lively had requested that Ms. Swift delete her text messages with Ms. Lively.
6. I was connected to this individual through a mutual friend who informed me that the individual wanted to talk. We have had several phone calls since February 14th.
7. On a later call with the same individual, the individual told me that Mr. Baldridge had sent a written communication to Mr. Gottlieb relating to their phone conversation. My office issued a subpoena to Venable LLP for the purpose of seeking the aforementioned written communication.

I declare under penalty of perjury pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746 that the foregoing is true and correct.

Camilla didn’t particularly want charles for love, she wanted the benefits that came with the crown; who she REALLY WANTED was Andrew Parker Bowles [APB below]. He was fun , he was cool, and extremely sought after. He was the James Deen of his social circle. VERY sought after.

She had friends in the media and newspapers (she was a socialite) ; and she used it to leaked stories about harry , William and the palace for YEARS after Diana's passing . Allegedly of course 😉

The real " love " story :-

APB & cowmilla had been dating 7 years , out of which she cheated on APB with charles and other men for 3.

Camilla's father, worried her reputation would follow her and nobody would want her , published an engagement announcement in The Times with APB.

The engagement announcement was : Unprovoked, came from camilla & her father . Not because APB had actually proposed. It didn’t just happen without camilla's father checking with her either. They were intentional with this.

Imagine waking up and finding your name in the paper permanently attached to someone woman you DO NOT want to settle down with. A woman you know has already has been seeing multiple people.

APB was publicly shamed into commiting to a woman who had been cheating on him .

How cruel is that ?

This should give you insights into the psychology of his cheating & wandering interests. Andrew was cheated out of a chance at love himself , not that he was perfect by any margins , struggling with fidelity himself. He never made promises of love and loyalty to her. He was conned into the commitment.

The modern day equivalent of a pushy salesman selling you a car you didn't quite want.

He had been socially shamed and chained to this woman in a conservative era where public images mattered a great deal and short of something horrible happening, you didn't seperate. If you did , you brought social stigma on the entire family.

Camilla and her father exploited that fact through their media connections.

MOMMY ISSUES:-

Charles has always been a needy, unsure, selfish man. Camilla was all too happy stroking his ego , telling him his mama didnt see the "man" he really was and reaping the best of both worlds while birthing APB's kids.

Most of you just haven't been around for the kardashian level fuck ups that Tampon Mountbattern Windsor and cowmilla were in the media. He was a NATIONAL embarrassment. Shitting bricks at the funeral because he thought the public would mob him.

The legacy :-

Charles through a lifetime of behaving like a spoilt prick has ruined what was handed to him on a silver genetic platter. His life : a slow-motion trainwreck fueled by entitlement, insecurity, sheer incompetence shows us , he's a tiny man.

Preceeded by a semi-competant , controversy free woman that england didn't mind , and married to a woman they absolutely LOVED. The gods threw the monarchy a lifeline and they squashed it away. Charlie boy just couldn't see it as the blessing it was and got JEALOUS.

[ Side note - William should touch grass, connect with his public fellows and be a modern monarch working for the country's youth if he wants a monarchy left by the time his kids come around. Make ammends with your brother, you've both been played against each other by camilla and charles. Put aside your ego, recognise your were BOTH robbed of love and band together. ]

When charles became king , it was the equivalent of a wet fart after bad Mexican on a tuesday at 10 pm. Nobody wanted it and thus that same wet sock on a cold day energy has passed on to William.

Along with his hag , ugly FWB , Disney villan-esque mistress.; "consort" / Emotional support rottweiler PLACED top of the throne only served as a slap in the face to the public . Insult to injury.

They even conned Elizabeth into giving her a title, "consort" which they immediately backtracked as soon as Lizzie died.

Clutching on to his wet dream of being a "king" with his personal leech by his side , this man dismantled the illusionof a royal household. His every act, the final nail in the coffin of the monarchy. We wanted Diana up there. She could have made it there and saved their institution had he just learnt to be nice to her. What's worse ?

She was WORTHY of the power it weilds. And capable of knowing HOW TO USE IT. Something Mr tampon hasn't learnt in his entire lifetime.

Diana :

I don’t give a damn who Diana ended up dating after Charles cheated on her. The men consented and they KNEW WHO SHE WAS . Everyone knew who Diana was.

The poor girl tried so hard to make it work. But a naive, clueless 19-year-old Diana going up against a 32-year-old tampon-wannabe and his ghastly 33 year old side piece had no hope as they flashed their relationship in her face. The palace / QUEEN of England/ AND STAFF helped hide it.

There was nobody to advise her, nobody to help her how to manage the situation , coming from a broken home , she was isolated from good advise will into her 30s.

There was Not a SINGLE FRIEND ON THE INSIDE FOR DIANA.

The queen as we know now was too busy hiding ex - prince Andrew's pedophilia.

Di, that poor girl , was starved in that relationship. Whats worse is she tried to back out but it was different times back then. You couldn't just escape a situation after public announcements had been made.

You don't blame someone for being alone in a 15 year old marriage and its about time you stopped using "but diana cheated too" bullshit .

These two clowns, 32 & 33 (13/14 years her Seniors) tortured her collectively for 15 years. Then acted surprised when she collapsed under all that weighted agony. It was psychological abuse. Im surprised she held it together for so long. She was only 19.

All she wanted was someone to love her. She never stood a chance.
