The first photo is me at 200 lbs then the second is me at 167 lbs and the last slide is me at 189 pounds. I felt my best at 167 and would like to get back to that. I would like to get advice on what muscle groups I should focus on and any diet advice if you have it.
Right now I do 3 days of full body workouts. My squat is 250 my bench is 150 my bicep curl is 50 my leg press is 280 my shoulder press is 110 my calves are 200 and abs are 110

Got contacts, a new haircut, and better skin care. I don’t feel like getting rid of the mustache just yet. Sorry y’all 😭 Also got some hats that fit my face shape

I normally do orchestra based music for film, but my second favorite genre is country/rock so I decided to write a song. I’ve only recorded the intro, first verse, and chorus. Haven’t been able to finish the rest because my electric guitar strings broke and I’m waiting for new ones.
