Form check for power clean

I tried power clean of 80 kg. I weight around 65 kg. I guess my back is little tweaking. Failed twice, succeed in third go. Suggest me how to improve.

Doing abs daily is really paying off!

I had kinda flat stomach just a month ago. Doing lots(about 80) of leg raise and crunches(about 90) in the morning while doing dragon flags in the evening changed the abdominal area. Dragon flags are pretty difficult to do. But once you start doing it it really changes your obliques and upper abs pretty quickly.

Here is another challenge for those who shows leg veins here

Did 8 deep pistol squats with left leg while carrying 10kg dumbbell. Its pretty hard to balance in this workout. I guess the guys with veins on their thighs can do it easily. Do try it out.

Tried wearing tshirt while doing hand stand. Its pretty difficult guys. Do try it. Needs pretty strong shoulders. And how is my back lookin. Am doing pretty heavy back and shoulder workout these days too.

Struggling between cut and bulk.

Took this after a season of hard legs workout and then a climbing season . I can see my abs are little popping out. My waist has sinked so much that i feel i should eat more but then i get afraid of getting that lower belly fat again. Btw am 35 M,174 cm with weight 68 kg.

Its not a cheating story. Its just a question.

I wonder why people call it cheating when someone has sex outside marriage or relationship.

I mean whats the most personal thing we have with ourselves? I guess its our body. What we came hwre with? Our body. What will we go with after we die? Our body. It won't be the spouse or the partner thats gonna go with us.

If marrying or being in a relationship make us loose the right over most personal thing of us. Than I'll say marriage is a fraud. Initially marriage structure was made to just get a legitimate heir. But now marriage is used for the excuse that you can't have sex with anyone else.

I'm genuinely curious: do we call it cheating because sex itself is wrong, or because trust and expectations were violated because of social stigma?

Heavy lifts cause waist shrinking like magic.

I was working out at home from March to may. I have set up of about 60 kg max. I was eating clean and high protein, low fat diet too. I stopped eating dry fruits from last 1 month. But my waist wasn't shrinking much. From last 3 weeks I joined the gym. I started doing heavy deadlift of about 120 kg with about 8 reps and decreasing the 5 kg weight in every set. I guess i already had the strength for it. Also doing squats of 100kg with 10 reps too. My bench press are little week and i can't go more than 6 reps with 80 kg. Also tried power cleans. Beside that i was running like 5-6 km daily and was doing lots of hanging leg raise( about 60-80 a day) and dragon flags ( about 30 a day) everyday. Chat gpt and online studies kept telling me that am doing very heavy volume and i should take rest days and decrease everyday volume too. I guess i need things early. I observed my waist has decreased from 83 cm to 80.5 cm in just 11 days while keeping the same body weight. Hard working is paying off pretty well. Hoping  to getting things more better soon.

No pump. Just after 6km morning run.

How is the conditioning? just took this after morning running. I workout after running. Running is kinda good warm up and it makes me feel kinda more energetic while doing lifting.

Gonna gift some abs to myself on my 35th Bday

Cutting alcohol can change things drastically. My waist has come down to 31 from 33 inches. Hope I'll see some proper abs in next 8 weeks. In my diet am taking about 2gm times protein of my bodyweight in a day. I train one body part twice a day along with 6 km running daily. Having no rest days and neither any cheat days in food since last two weeks.

Here are my legs!

Many people were asking me to show my legs yesterday. So here they are. My thighs aren’t huge, but they do the job. As a hybrid athlete, i don’t really want oversized legs anyway.

What’s the point of bulky legs if they slow your sprint when it matters most? And yeah I removed my leg hairs using some tool. Everything else is intact.

(OC).. Found these places in Bhimashankar and Igatpuri region of Maharashtra while doing Exploration survey. They are so untouched and beautiful like literally no single soul was there except us. Western ghats are your destination if you just want to enjoy the peace. And yeah you have to keep your canteen because literally there isn't even single shop around if you are exploring interiors. The pillar rock in 5th image looks like tamraj kilvish of Shaktiman

Am traveling a lot from last ten days. That too in scorching heat of MP and Maharashtra. For protein am just depending on whey and eggs. For workout am just doing bodyweight workout at hotel rooms. Am Feeling that I have lost my gains and shape lil bit.
