I have vsync disabled and also the FPS mod unlocked. I can't reach 60 fps and I play at 2k. Can anyone help me or give me tips to improve performance? The only thing I get past 60 is by activating fluid motion on the Nvidia panel. My graph also stays at 50 degrees as if I'm not taking advantage of everything.

I have an EMG, MRI, and ultrasound scheduled. The last EMG in January showed no damage or compression, as did all the tests I've had done to monitor the nerve. I'm taking 75 mg of pregabalin every 12 hours and 10 mg of amitriptyline at night.
