Dealing with stiff and painful neck and shoulder muscles accompanying ADHD

I get tight and painful muscles around my neck and shoulders when I am doing work and getting anxiety from being unable to focus on my work. I hoping that when I start treatment, it will help my anxiety and also help my sore painful muscles my extension. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or deals with this.

Question about Jessica’s letter in Dune Messiah

Jessica writes a letter saying that religion and laws are a deadly combination. This much is clear to me. Why is Herbert superimposing the letter over the Korba’s trial in particular? Does the trial embody Jessica’s “deadly combination” because they are using laws to try Korba for treason against the head of the Jihad?

Accounting skills assessment in interview for internal auditor?

I have an interview for a staff level internal auditor role. Little less than 2 years big 4 audit experience and I have my CPA. I heard from the recruiter that they will ask me questions to assess my fundamental accounting knowledge. Is this common for internal auditor positions? Anyone know generally what to expect?

Didn’t Phil originally say a fan bought him his current PC?

I can’t keep his stories straight. He said on stream yesterday that he bought it himself.

[Acne] thinking of trying AviClear as a last resort for oily skin

I am 41 and my skin is still extremely oily. I did accutane around 20 years ago and it’s helped a lot, but I can’t do it now due some reasons. I’ve tried just about everything over the past few years, but the level of oiliness never changes. I think I will just bite the bullet and do AviClear. I am a bit nervous because there is not much online discussion about it, and most of it is negative or neutral. Any recent opinions here on AviClear?

I have a semen analysis in a little over 24 hours. Haven’t released in about 3 weeks. Should I shoot one off now or just wait for the test? They didn’t tell me anything when I booked the appointment

Any experience with firm called Capstone Accounting?

Seems to be a smallish accounting office on the west coast. Has anyone worked there or interviewed with them? Any thoughts? The “capstone” name is hard to search because all the results are related to college capstone courses..

Almost two years into big 4 audit staff job; looking at senior job postings is daunting

Regardless of whether the jobs are for accountant or auditor, it seems like low senior job postings (3-4 years of experience) have the most daunting list of job duties imaginable. I feel like I’ve only learned to test internal controls, do transaction testing, substantive testing, etc., but they want someone who can perform a long list of complex tasks, many of which I have never touched. It’s really mind boggling how I can get from where I am now to the kind of person they want by the time I reach the senior level. Anyone ever felt like this before and overcome it?
