Think the Galaxy Z Fold7 camera isn't that good? I thought so too... until I tested Samsung Log.

I filmed this during New Zealand's summer using Samsung Log on the Galaxy Z Fold7.

Going into this test, I honestly expected the camera to be noticeably behind the Galaxy S Ultra series, especially for video. After spending time shooting and color grading the footage, I was surprised.

The Z Fold7's camera performed much better than I expected. Samsung Log gave me plenty of flexibility in post production, and I was able to achieve a cinematic look with some beautiful summer light around Auckland.

This is one of my favorite clips from that testing session. It's winter in New Zealand now, so this was captured a few months ago during the warmer season.

If you'd like to see the full quality, you can also watch it in 4K on my YouTube channel.

What do you think of the video and the image quality? I'd love to hear your feedback, especially from anyone who has tried Samsung Log on the Z Fold7.

Golden hour with a black swan | Shot on Galaxy S26 Ultra

I took this photo early in the morning during sunrise with my Galaxy S26 Ultra. It was lightly raining at the time, and the combination of the warm golden light, gentle rain, and the black swan created a beautiful atmosphere.

What do you think of the composition and overall mood? I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thanks! 😊

I tested Samsung Log on the Galaxy S25 Ultra during New Zealand's ANZAC Day

I tested Samsung Log on the Galaxy S25 Ultra while filming New Zealand's ANZAC Day, and I was genuinely surprised by how cinematic the footage turned out.

I shot everything using the Blackmagic Camera app at 24 fps for more natural motion blur and used Open Gate to capture the full sensor for the best image quality.

I also think the early morning sunrise lighting really helped create a more cinematic look. The footage was graded from Samsung Log, and I'm really happy with the results.

What do you think of the video? I'd love to hear your thoughts or any feedback!

Galaxy S26 Ultra + SmallRig 1.55x Anamorphic Lens | Open Gate Test

I know this video is a bit shaky since it was shot handheld, but I wanted to share it anyway. 😅

This was filmed on the Galaxy S26 Ultra with the SmallRig 1.55x anamorphic lens, using Open Gate in the Blackmagic Camera app.

I was able to get this ultra wide cinematic aspect ratio, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

What do you think of this ultra wide look? I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Do you ever shoot cinematic videos of your girlfriend? She'd probably love the results.

This was shot on the Galaxy S25 Ultra using Samsung Log. My setup was a SmallRig Global Phone Cage, an ND filter, and a Black Mist filter. That combo gives the footage a much more cinematic look.

You'll still need to do some color grading, but it's definitely worth the effort. I was really happy with the final result.

Do you know you can play 2 games on Dex mode

The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is powered by a high performance chipset that makes serious multitasking feel effortless. You can keep a heavy graphics game running in split screen while switching or running another app without killing performance. This is where tablet power actually shows its strength, real multitasking for real users.

So I’m curious

Who here are heavy mobile gamers?

Raise your hand 😆🙋‍♂️

Shot on the Galaxy S26 Ultra using APV codec + Open Gate. What do you think?

Hey everyone!

I shot this 4K video on the Galaxy S26 Ultra using the APV codec and Open Gate mode in the Blackmagic Camera app.

I was really impressed with how much flexibility the footage has for color grading and reframing. I'd love to hear your thoughts and any feedback on the video.

Looking for advice on growing my Instagram

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to grow my Instagram, but it's been much harder than I expected.

At the moment, I create both photos and videos using Samsung Galaxy devices. I'm passionate about mobile photography and videography, and I'm always trying to improve my content.

I'd really appreciate any advice on how to grow my account. Are there any strategies that have worked for you? Should I focus more on Reels, posting consistently, editing style, hashtags, or something else?

I'd love to hear your tips and experiences. Thanks in advance!

I wanted to share my review of the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro after spending some time with them.

So far, I've been really impressed with the sound quality, comfort, and active noise cancellation. They fit securely, feel comfortable during long listening sessions, and the overall audio experience has been excellent. The battery life has also been reliable for my daily use.

Of course, everyone's experience is different, so I'd love to hear your thoughts.
