My husband likes Hollow Knight... This was a mistake... 😅

My husband is a huge Hollow Knight fan.

I made the smallest Knight ever for his keychain...Hornet is almost finished...The Flea will be next 😆

At this point I will crochet mini characters of the entire game 🤪

Need help for EU sellers

Hello! I'm very frustrated... 😞 I'm based in Italy and my creations are mainly asked from US profiles..

But I cannot find better costs of transport...I use UPS, DHL or FedEx, but they charge me 30-35 USD per parcel...

My creations are gaming crochet items so the transport usually costs same as the item or even more....

Sellers from the EU, do you face these costs too?

I don't know how to move on...

Color help 😀

Helloooo

I need ideas 🤣🤪

I produce and sell gaming Amigirumi only. It means characters from Hollow Knight, Final Fantasy, Stardew Valley, path of exile and so on....

I have these yarns and I don't have any ideas of what to do with those colours!

They're like bright peach and bright orange (both very fluorescent)

Can someone help me?

From passion to the final product!

My husband is a gamer and a streamer and I share his passion too!

So I've started to produce for him some characters about games to put behind his back during his non stop stream 😍

Users saw them and they show high interest, so why not to sell them? 😆

Here some reproductions I've stated to sell on my new Etsy shop!

I'm gonna finish other characters by this week related to final fantasy, hollow Knight, path of exhile and more 💥

Need advice....

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some honest advice from people who sell amigurumi or crochet creations.

A few months ago I started making small amigurumi and keychains inspired by the games I love: Final Fantasy, Path of Exile, Hollow Knight, Palia, Stardew Valley and similar fandoms.

I was incredibly excited when I made my very first sale from Italy to the USA. What made it even more special is that the customer found me through Reddit, not Etsy.

The problem is that Etsy is bringing me almost no traffic. I'm starting to wonder if what I enjoy creating is simply too niche. Most of my projects are small amigurumi and gaming-related keychains rather than the larger, more popular crochet items.

Honestly, I'm getting close to giving up. I've invested a lot in yarn, safety eyes and materials, and I don't really know how to recover those costs. Where I live there are no crochet markets, craft fairs are uncommon, and handmade crochet isn't particularly appreciated.

For those of you who have been in a similar situation:

Did Etsy eventually start working for you?

How did you find your first regular customers?

Is it better to focus on social media, conventions, Reddit, local events, or something else?

Are gaming-themed amigurumi simply too small a niche?

I'd really appreciate any honest feedback, even if the answer is "change direction."

Thanks for reading.

Helloooo

I'm printing some adhesive tags for the mystery boxes.

What do you think? Do you think people could be more attracted to the product?

Thank you for your help!

Ciao a tutti 😊

• eventualmente scatole a sorpresa

I honestly didn’t expect so many people to appreciate my little crochet elf doll yesterday 🥹

You really gave me a push, and I ended up staying up way too late to finish these too…

a wise old wizard and a certain little creature 👀✨

I’m still working on turning my chaotic handwritten notes into something actually readable 😅

Thank you so much for all the support 💛

I’ve been working on this little Galadriel on and off for a while and I’m honestly really happy with how she turned out 🥹

I’m still trying to improve my skills, especially proportions and hair details…

I'm going to finish also Gandalf and Gollum 😅
