Has anyone explored this society in Bhandup West? I wanted to understand whether there are any long standing issues here. We are exploring a 2BHK for investment purposes.

I am mum-to-be soon. I am looking for cradles. Space is an issue since it would be placed in the bedroom. I found out about Gro Club through Instagram. They give you credits which you can use to buy more products as your child grows and take the old products back.

I need genuine reviews. It would be really helpful. If anyone can provide other recommendations which are space compact, that is also helpful.

I recently had a chat with one of the Indian students from IESE. While talking about the job market, he confirmed the job offers have been really limited for Indians. The MBB consulting jobs also have been slashed in internships and final offers.
This college is ranked #4 by FT. Is doing an International MBA really worth it if you want to move abroad?

I visited the Neelam Senroofs property yesterday. They are quoting 2.1 cr for 2BHK and 2.75 cr for 3BHK. The flats are quite spacious with amenities to be shared with existing towers.
What I am concerned about is the dumping smell and nearby relocation project. The service road is going to be connected from there to Kelkar college for more access to Nahur station. The building is also isolated with nothing nearby. They are planning to create a commercial hub in front of the towers.

Any reviews from anyone? Is it worth to invest here? I also checked Wadhwa but the rooms are really cramped up and they are quoting high prices. Same issues exist there.

My friend has received IIFT K convert today. He is thinking whether to pay the trimester fees to be part of internal waitlist movement to Delhi. What are his chances? He is SC category with 79% in CAT. He has doubts about the conversion to Delhi.
