The porn I watch is gross and I hate myself for it

I feel so remorseful for this, and I genuinely need to confess because it’s eating me up alive. I feel terrible for it because I know it’s not just a harmless fantasy, it started out as me seeking older porn and I fell into this niche rabbit hole by starting to watch gay porn made in Eastern Europe in the 1990s.. it fulfils this niche craving in the moment, but god do I feel sick. I’m pretty sure none of those men wanted to be there and just did it for the money, I’m sure they were probably exploited because they desperately needed that money, but I still watch it. I’m such a hypocrite, and worst of all is I want to be against it so badly and I say that I am and stand against it, but I still come back to watch it because I like the material. I’ve looked into it so many times as to why it’s morally terrible, I’ve read into the circumstances and still. I want to be against this so badly, it goes against my morals and I feel so sick I could throw up. The worst part is I’m from the West and I’m middle class so I’m sure it’s exploitation and poverty porn in every sense of the word. I guess it’s technically not illegal material, but I feel so terrible inside.

It makes me want to die with how bad I feel over it, I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I feel so ashamed. When I think about how I’m probably feeling pleasure at their expense, or worse, some part of me likes it because of that(I hope that’s not true but it’s my worst fear.)

Should I tell this guy at my school that people know he is trans?

I don’t know how to say this but I’m going to try and be as respectful as possible, I genuinely don’t know what to do so I figured it’d be best to ask trans people. So there is this guy at my school and he is trans, but he doesn’t realise that we know he is trans. I think the right word is “passing” and he thinks he does that, but he really doesn’t because I overheard my classmates talking about how he “was actually a girl.” And then I found his tik tok account purely by chance when I looked over his shoulder and saw his username, and I saw videos like “how it feels to be stealth at my new school” and stuff. I don’t want to give away too much information because I live in a very small country where people are usually not confrontational at all and nobody’s spoken about it (though he just started school less than a week ago) and I don’t mean this in a rude way. But I think a lot of the class is talking about it, and I think he doesn’t know, he is autistic as well.

What should I do? Should I politely let him know or would that just be a very bad thing to do? I support trans people but we live in a Christian part of a small country and I’ve heard people snickering about him

[General] What would be the best country in the world for an immortal to live in the 21th century?

This is something I am really curious about, let’s say there is an immortal, the completely ageless, undying, eternally young kind. Eventually settling around would be an issue. Which modern-day country would be best for the immortal to reside in your opinion? On one hand, the immortal presumably does not want to become a lab experiment or get trapped in heavy and well-documented bureaucracy that will eventually reveal them. On the other hand, the immortal doesn’t necessarily want to live in total chaos and hardship every day. Which modern day country, and way of living, would be the most survivable existence for an immortal?

As a woman, I am so horrifically misogynistic to other women, and I hate it

This post will have a major warning, this is not any views I condone. i hate how I am for this, and I just need to get it out. I don’t feel great about it at all. As a woman myself I watch absolutely misogynistic, degrading porn of other women. And I’m not saying this in a kinky sense because it isn’t sexual for me. Except I don’t pretend I’m the woman in these situations. Matter of fact, I hate the idea of that- I pretend that I am the man, who is degrading women. For some reason it is one of the only things that make me feel happy, but it is profoundly disgusting. But as a woman myself, I am so absolutely sickeningly misogynistic. I’m a woman, but I hate women, I’ve always felt that being a woman is just being inherently weak and born with a pathetic hole between the legs.

And of course I myself am a woman and it‘s a horrible way of feeling, I genuinely try always to not let it go out over anybody else- but I bare go out of my house because I hate my own pathetic state of existence, and this is by far the most embarrassing- I day dream, 24/7, about being a whole male persona I’ve made for myself in my head. And were it not for my own imagination where I pretend to be a strong male I genuinely think I’d be dead, he has a name and all, it’s so freaky. I basically live my life, exclusively pretending to be this whole other person and I hate having to step outside of this daydream.

But the thing is no other male figure in my life even hurt me, I was never actually mocked, I had a great relationship with my dad and my mom, and I never even faced sexual harassment in my life. (I don’t condone any views I mentioned, and it isn’t who I want to be as a person.) There is something terribly wrong with me.

How was heterochromia viewed in the Middle Ages & the Early Modern Period?

I am very curious on how the condition of heterochromia(when a person’s irises are two different colours) was viewed then, in those times? What was the cultural view on it, did they view it as supernatural(whether bad or good), how were they treated by their communities? Looking to learn on how it was viewed any sort of country, doesn’t matter which!

My “brother” just came out to me as my sister

FIRST OF ALL I WANT TO SAY THAT I’M NOT A CISSIE, I’m a trans guy, but I’ve not had any experience with trans girls and my sister just came out to me at 13, and I want to make her happy. She has social anxiety and autism, and I just feel bad for her because she doesn’t even know that people dislike trans people. Like she really doesn’t even know at all, and when she came out she immediately wanted to tell even our grandparents, our neighbour with dementia whose house burned down, and tell people on roblox?? She doesn’t even know being a trans girl is something people get upset at. She seems really sure, and she’s still sure after months of being out, even though our parents are saying she’s too young. i’m really hoping some girls here could maybe help me out a bit, because even though I’m trans the opposite way I’m not really sure what to do. And she’s definitely not getting it from me because she doesn’t even know I’m trans.

Is it bad that my cat is an outdoor cat?

All the cats I have had have been outdoor cats, or maybe outdoor-indoors is the best term because they’re usually not out at night and definitely not in storm. I live in rural Norway and we don’t have a road here to my home, and we also don’t have foxes since we live by a farm and the forest is like behind a fence(not sure to explain it) but then on the internet I’ve been seeing a lot of people saving outdoor cats are bad, which really surprised me since all the cats I have had during my life lived to be 21 and 22. And of course my cat is chipped, vaccinated, and neutered.

I often see a photo with claims that it shows a woman being assaulted by two Soviet soldiers post-WW2, but the uniforms of the Soviet soldiers seem strange, and I have never been able to find a source for the photo. Is this a real historical photo and what is the story?

https://www.reddit.com/r/ww2/comments/1it549r/soviet_soldiers_sexually_harass_a_german_woman_in/

So I am not refuting the atrocities that was the rape of Berlin, and I’m not pushing back against it. But very often I see this image thrown around very frequently on any article or discussion on the topic, with claims that it shows two Soviet soldiers harassing a woman in Leipzig 1945. But these uniforms don’t look like any typical standard Soviet uniform from that time to me, I have never been able to find a source for the photograph. Any time I look, I never find any information about the photographer or anything, despite how often I see the photograph used. Is the story acclaimed to it really real, and the photo was taken in Leipzig 1945 as they say? And is there any information on what uniforms the soldiers in the photo wearing(they don’t seem like regular Red Army)?
