Posterior tibial tendinitis

Anyone have posterior tibial tendinitis or other ankle issues with labral tear? For the last couple of years I’ve had right calf weakness / pain, medial ankle and knee pain with running. I’m getting my labrum repaired this week and wondering if it’s possible it will help.

Hey - I hike quite a bit and I’ve done most of the peaks in the Tahoe basin during the summer, but I’m looking to start summiting peaks in the spring as well. Is there a place to rent or buy cheaper used or off price spikes and would I be good to summit say mt tallac in April/may with just microspikes and poles?

Hey y’all - I’m getting labral repair / FAI surgery mid may with Dr Nho in Chicago. I’m planning to stay around 3 weeks post op to start PT there before returning home to CA. Does anyone have experience with the PT at rush and is it any good? Is there alternatives in the area? My post op pt sheet has mobilization/stationary bike listed every day for the first 2 weeks post op and I want to get my stitches out there plus not have to return for the post op appointment- also I live somewhere rural / not very navigable on crutches. I have ok PT at home but am worried about getting myself to PT and transitioning PTs. Any recs on Chicago PTS/RUSH and info on post op week 1-2 PT would be appreciated
