Honestly i started MD when i was a child. it starts from a normal daydreaming before sleep. and turns out i started to daydream frequently without noticing it. i thought it was a normal process for every person.

Plus: can i use Claude code to setup this telegram bot?

The concept is:

User message the Telegram bot with his identity in secrecy
↓
Bot starts a random and anonymous chat session
↓
Bot asks the user for basic information:
- Gender: male / female
↓
Bot matches the user with a Peers member based on gender
Example:
- Male user → male Peers
- Female user → female Peers
↓
Bot forwards or connects the user’s message to the matched PRS member
↓
PRS member replies through the bot
↓
The user and PRS can continue chatting anonymously

I'm part of a university counselling unit in Malaysia looking to build a structured, anonymous peer support system on Telegram. Here's what we're trying to achieve:

The setup:

• Students (participants) join a private Telegram group
• They select their issue category (academic stress, relationships, mental health, etc.)
• They get connected privately to a trained Peer Support Representative (PRS)
• The conversation is fully anonymous — neither side sees the other's real name or profile

Key requirements:

• One participant → assigned to one PRS only (not broadcast to all PRS)
• Other PRS members cannot see each other's sessions
• Admin/counsellor can monitor all sessions as an oversight layer
• Ability to escalate critical cases to a professional counsellor
• Ideally no-code or minimal setup — we're not a tech team

Main question: What's the most reliable bot or setup that gives true two-way anonymity between participant and PRS, with session isolation (one PRS per case), that a non-technical team can manage?

Any experience running similar systems for mental health, peer support, or student services would be hugely appreciated.
