Using Wegovy/GLP-1s for the final stubborn pounds & food noise when already lean? Looking for real experiences

Hey everyone. I’m ready for some heat and criticism for this, but I really need honest, real-world advice from people who have actually been in this spot.
I know logically that I don’t need Wegovy. I’ve been training hard for years. After a slightly too aggressive bulk, cutting back down has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve leaned out a lot, but I’m just not quite where I want to be yet. My biggest enemy right now isn't discipline in the gym, it’s the relentless "food noise" and cravings holding me back from sticking to the strict deficit needed for that final bit of conditioning.
I’ve been looking into options to quiet that down. I know some people look into Retatrutide for this stage, but honestly, I am way too squeamish about needles to go that route.
Before I make any decisions, I want to hear from anyone who has actually used Wegovy (or similar) when they were already in a good, fit shape, purely for that last bit of stubborn definition!

GLP-1 PILLS ON RO

I bought wegowi pills on Ro thinking I had made a bargain, I paid 45$ registration and 150$ the drug, reading here I give up against that I could have found it for less, can anyone at least tell me if they got along with this drug? I will be at the initial dose (1.5mg) many say they see results already from there and others don’t, what do you think?

Used GoodRx Care to request Wegovy, lied about my height/weight to meet the BMI criteria, will it get approved or will they ask for photo proof / video call?

Hey everyone,
I recently used GoodRx Care to try and get a prescription for Wegovy. To be honest, I don't actually meet the medical BMI requirements, so I inflated my weight/measurements in the intake questionnaire so I would qualify.
Now I'm kind of stressing out about how the process actually works. Does anyone have experience with this? Will they just approve it based on the form, or are they going to ask for photo proof (like a photo of me on a scale) or require a video call to verify my size before sending the prescription to the pharmacy?

speedyhealth?

I’m trying to get wegovy prescribed pills, even though I’m not overweight, obviously they’ve already deducted my money because they were asking for payment and then they’ll tell you if your operation was successful, do you say they’ll accept it?

And if it wasn’t like that, they’ll give you your money back, right?

Reta to define the muscles?

know I’ll probably get hate for this. I’m not even trying to pretend I’m in a “typical” situation with this stuff. I’m very active, I train 6–7 times a week, I follow my diet, but I still can’t get properly lean or defined.
Social media is honestly messing with my head. I keep seeing girls go from extreme bulk phases to being super lean in like 2–3 months and it makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong or like I’m stuck.
About 3 years ago I was advised to do a pretty aggressive bulk because I had previously lost a lot of weight due to an eating disorder. I followed that advice without real professional guidance and ended up gaining around 20 kg in 5 months. I had a lot of stretch marks, but everyone kept telling me it was “good” and that I’d just cut later and keep muscle.
After that things got really bad. My hunger regulation felt completely off. I went from extreme restriction (like 1000 kcal phases) to losing control and having binge episodes, then trying to compensate again. It turned into a cycle of restriction and overeating that I’ve struggled with for years.
Now I’ve finally managed to get my body back and I’m definitely more defined than before, but I still don’t feel satisfied or “lean enough.” And seeing bikini-level physiques on girls who look completely normal otherwise just messes with my head and expectations.
I’m honestly at the point where I’m considering things like retatrutide or tirzepatide just to help control appetite and break this constant binge–restrict loop, because I’m exhausted of it mentally and physically.
I just don’t know if there’s actually a sustainable way out of this without constantly feeling like I’m fighting my own body or falling back into the same cycle again.

type of sarms for lose fat while do you wanna keep your muscle (i’m woman)

I used S-4 (Andarine) for 5 weeks and honestly I was expecting better results. The side effects people talk about especially night vision problems I didn’t really experience except for acne on my back, chin, and neck and extremely oily skin which was pretty unpleasant.
What I definitely noticed was harder muscles and a better pump but nothing beyond that.
I’m not sure if this is actually a side effect but I feel like my appetite has increased a lot and I really can’t control it.
I’ve read mixed reviews about cardarine usually people use it if they want to improve cardio performance or ostarine since it’s supposed to help preserve muscle during a cut and maintain what you’ve built but I haven’t really seen significant fat loss results reported.
Does anyone have any advice?
I’m seriously considering something that suppresses appetite like tirzepatide but I’m honestly afraid of ending up looking flabby or losing muscle mass as well.
I know there are different alternatives diet training calorie deficit and I’m really trying my best but I still have these thighs that I just can’t seem to define no matter how good my deficit or training is I really need some advice or an alternative.
