🚨 [Medical Appeal] 35-Year-Old Father Needs Urgent Laser Treatment for Severe 12-Year Varicose Veins Battle — AIIMS Patna (Goal: ₹70,000) 🩺🙏

Hello Reddit family, 👋

My name is Shashi Prakash, a 35-year-old father living in Nawada, Bihar. For the past 12 long years, I have been fighting a painful battle with severe Varicose Veins 🩸.

What started as mild leg discomfort has now turned into severe swelling and burning pain, making daily movement, walking, and working extremely difficult 🚶‍♂️❌.

I recently consulted the specialists at AIIMS, Patna, and they advised that medical intervention can no longer be delayed. They recommended immediate Laser Surgery (EVLT) to prevent permanent vein damage and serious complications 🏥⚡.

⚠️ Why I Am Requesting Financial Help:

❌ No Ayushman Card: I do not have an Ayushman Bharat health card, so I am unable to get this treatment done for free through government cashless schemes.

💸 Low Private Sector Salary: I work in a low-paying private job. My meager income barely covers basic monthly household expenses, making it impossible to save ₹70,000 for this procedure.

👨‍👩‍👦 Sole Breadwinner: I have a young wife and a 2.5-year-old baby boy 👶 who completely depend on me. My degrading physical health is directly threatening my ability to earn and support my family.

💰 Fund Requirement:

Total Estimated Cost: ₹70,000 (Covers AIIMS laser equipment kit, procedure charges, compression gear, and post-surgery care).

🤝 How You Can Support:

Every single contribution—no matter how small ($5 / ₹100)—or even a simple upvote/share 🔁 will help me get this treatment and return to a healthy life for my family.

👉 Donate Here via Milaap: Click Here to Support My Campaign - http://m-lp.co/shashipr-9?utm_medium=native_message&utm_source=app 🔗

(Note: I have uploaded my AIIMS Patna appointment slip and official medical details on the Milaap campaign page for complete transparency.)

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your time, kindness, and support! 🙏❤️

🚩 Need advice: Wife’s unruly 13yo nephew is boundary-crossing, causing daily harassment during my WFH hours, and ruining my marriage 🚨

Hi everyone, I’m in a really stressful situation and urgently need some objective advice on how to handle this without ruining my marriage or getting into legal/physical trouble. 😰

🏠 Background:

I got married on May 5, 2023, and we have a 2.5-year-old son. 👨‍👩‍👦 Everything was going smoothly in our married life until recently. 🛑 My wife's elder sister-in-law (her bhabhi) had a domestic fight at her marital home with her younger brother-in-law (devar) and his wife. After that, she moved to my hometown and started living just 500 meters away from my home. 🏘️ I live in a proper town, while they come from a very backward village background.

👿 The Main Problem (Boundaries & Privacy Breach):

The bhabhi has a 13–14 year old son who is extremely stubborn, ill-mannered, and has severe behavioral issues. 🤯

💻 Night Shift WFH: I work night shifts in an international BPO, so I sleep during the day. 😴

🚪 Direct Room Entry: This boy forces our front gate open every single day and directly enters my bedroom upstairs without any hesitation, courtesy, or shame! 🚷

🤬 Zero Respect: No relative or friend in my entire life has ever crossed boundaries like this. His extreme over-frankness and lack of respect are the root cause of everything. He enters my room, misbehaves, speaks rudely, and actively tries to irritate me in ways I can’t even describe here. 🙅‍♂️

⚽ At his age, he should be out playing with friends, but instead, he spends his entire time invading my personal space.

🐍 Neighbourly Dynamics & Mental Harassment:

Recently, I had a dispute over an alleyway with two of my neighbors, who happen to be distant relatives of my wife’s family. 🧱 In the past, they used my tenant's children to harass me.

Now, when my wife’s bhabhi goes to buy milk near their house every evening, they manipulate her and send this boy into my house explicitly to mentally torture me while I’m trying to rest! 😤📉

⚠️ What We Have Tried So Far:

🚫 200–300 Warnings Ignored: My wife’s entire extended family has strictly warned this boy not to visit my house. He completely ignores everyone!

🗣️ Family Interventions Failed: My wife, his mother, and his father have all scolded and forbidden him from coming here. He still shows up uninvited every single day.

💔 Marital Strain: It recently led to a major fight between me and my wife, bringing our marriage to a very serious strain. His family and the boy know they are causing marital issues for us, yet he keeps coming back to disturb us. 🤦‍♂️

😰 Why I Feel Helpless:

👮‍♂️ No Police Option: I cannot file a police complaint. If I do, these people and the local relatives will group up and file false counter-cases against me.

⚠️ Fear of Escalation: I am genuinely worried that if I get into a verbal confrontation with him, it could turn into physical violence, or they will frame me in a legal case. 🚨

I married my wife, not her extended toxic family or this rowdy kid. 🙅‍♂️ I just want to protect my family, keep my peace of mind, and save my marriage. ❤️‍🩹

❓ What practical steps or boundaries can I implement here?

❓ How do I stop this boy from entering my house without escalating it into a major feud or legal trouble?

Please suggest what I should do! 🙏👇

Are we becoming a more biased & discriminatory society in the name of "equality"? 🥀⚖️ Has humanity lost its conscience?

Hey everyone, 👋

Lately, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the state of our society, and it honestly frightens me. Instead of moving towards true equality, it feels like we are regressing into an increasingly biased, hypocritical, and discriminatory culture. 📉💔

1. The Illusion of Equality & Systematic Favoritism 🎭

We talk endlessly about equality, rights, and justice, but ground reality paints a completely different picture. In everyday life, people are routinely judged, favored, or discriminated against based on:

◇Caste & Religion 🏷️

◇Wealth & Power (Rich vs. Poor) 💰

◇Regionalism & Identity 🗺️

◇Gender ⚖️

If a powerful or influential person commits a crime, society often rallies to defend them—simply because they belong to the same caste, community, or status group. 🛡️ Meanwhile, the poor, the marginalized, and the less influential are left to suffer in silence. Even the law and governance often seem to turn a blind eye when the victim lacks privilege. 🏛️🙈

2. Discrimination is the Root Cause of Crime & Division 🚨

We wonder why crime rates, frustration, and mental health issues are soaring. In reality, a vast majority of societal crimes and unrest stem directly from bias, humiliation, and systematic unfairness. 💥

○ When a system fails to deliver justice, it breeds anger, depression, and lawlessness.

○ When people see that rules apply strictly to the weak but vanish for the strong, trust in humanity breaks completely. 💔

3. The Death of Empathy & The "Mob Mentality" 🧊

Humans are increasingly behaving like emotionless machines. 🤖 We see people being thrased, humiliated, or denied basic dignity, yet society stands by as silent spectators.

● Selective Outrage: People only raise their voice if the victim belongs to "their group." If the victim is from another background, they stay silent or even justify the injustice. 🤐

● The Illusion of Immunity: People forget a fundamental truth—if an unfair system can destroy someone else’s life today, it can easily come for you tomorrow. 🔄 No one is immune to injustice forever.

4. What We Are Missing: The Human & Moral Element ✨

Why can't we create a society that is genuinely free from bias? A place where a human being is judged purely as a human being, regardless of their background? 🌍❤️

☆ The Divine Law of Karma/Justice: Even if human systems fail, cheat, or deliver one-sided judgments, there is an ultimate cosmic power/Almighty watching everything. 🌌 Justice delayed or denied by corrupt systems will eventually find its balance in ways we cannot even comprehend. ⚖️✨

☆ Preserving What Matters: God created this world for us to live with dignity, empathy, and harmony—not to ruin lives over petty egos, prejudice, and favoritisms. 🌿

My Question to the Community: 🤔

How do we break out of this toxic cycle? How can we actively cultivate genuine empathy and fairness in our daily lives instead of falling prey to tribalism and bias?

Would love to hear your honest thoughts. Let’s have a meaningful discussion below. 👇💭

Facing intense toxicity, microaggressions, and regional discrimination at my WFH International BPO job—How do I deal with this? 😓💔

Hi everyone, 👋

I’m currently feeling extremely stressed and mentally drained, and I really need some advice from people who might have been in a similar situation. 💔

My Background & Experience 💼

I have over 4 years of total work experience:

●2.4 years in a blended process where I handled app-related technical issues with the IT team and also worked in a supervisory role. 🛠️

●1.3 years in another international BPO dealing directly with US customers. 🇺🇸

●5 months (Current role): Working from home (WFH) for an international BPO where I book appointments for US-based patients for a heart and vein clinic. 🩺💻

Apart from my corporate experience, I’ve also cleared 30+ bank prelims exams and appeared for the IBPS PO interview 3 times after clearing Mains. 📚🏆 I bring a solid professional background, confidence, and strong analytical skills to my work.

The Problem 📉

Ever since I joined this current company 5 months ago, I’ve felt targeted and discriminated against. Initially, it started with Team Leaders nitpicking every minor mistake. But now, it has escalated to my own peers and colleagues making it their mission to humiliate me. 🛑

Instead of focusing on their own tasks, my colleagues constantly monitor my work, interrupt me, and call out small things just to make me look bad in front of everyone. 😒 I see their mistakes all the time too, but I am too busy managing my own workload to play office politics or micro-manage others. 🚫

It’s reaching a point where even younger, less experienced peers are jumping on the bandwagon to criticize me because they see others doing it without consequences. 😤

Discrimination & Personal Impact ⚠️

◇Regional Bias & Discrimination: They have previously made racist/regionalist comments during Google Meet calls. 😡 I ignored it at the time to avoid conflict, but the toxic culture is evident.

◇Boundary Crossing: If someone has an issue with my work, the professional protocol is to go through the TL or Manager. Instead, they call me out personally in front of the entire group to shame me and make me look incompetent. 🗣️❌

◇Fear of Escalation: If I stand up to them or speak back, I know they will gang up and report me to the manager. 🪤

Why This Hurts 👨‍👩‍👦

I am married and have a 2.6-year-old child depending on me. ❤️ I cannot afford to lose this job or quit impulsively due to someone else's personal grudge. My performance doesn't negatively impact their work in any way, yet they keep trying to lower my confidence and push me out. 😔

The constant hostility is making my life miserable, and the stress is affecting my personal life. 🌧️

My Questions for the Community: 🤔

1.How should I handle colleagues who try to publicly humiliate or micro-manage me when it’s not their job?

2.Should I document these incidents and go to HR/Upper Management, or will that make me a bigger target? 📑

3.How do I maintain my sanity and protect my mental health while actively looking for better opportunities? 🧠✨

Any advice, strategies, or insights on how to navigate this situation professionally without risking my job would mean a lot to me. Thank you in advance. 🙏

⚠️ Need Urgent Advice: Terrorized by Cruel Neighbors for Years. Property Blocked, Wife Harassed, and Police/Lok Shikayat Failing Us. What are my options? 🛑👇

Hey Reddit community, I am writing this in absolute despair and mental agony. 😰 I desperately need your advice on how to deal with two extremely toxic, cruel, and influential neighbors who have made my and my family’s life a living hell.

Here is the entire situation. Please guide me on what steps I can take legally or socially. 🙏

📍 The Background & The Issue:

We have a narrow lane (संकारी गली) that passes between the houses of these two neighbors. This has been our primary pathway for the last 30 years. 🕒 Decades ago, we left the exact same amount of land for this pathway as they did. For years, they caused minor nuisances, but ever since the Covid-19 pandemic started (2020), their cruelty and madness have crossed all limits. 📉

🚫 The Daily Torture & Nuisance we face:

Garbage & Dirty Water: Every single time we pass through the lane, one house throws litter/garbage 🗑️ right in front of us, and the other pours dirty water from above 💦 that literally splashes onto our bodies.

Mental Humiliation: Since Corona, I have personally cleaned up thrown-away used plates (जूठे पत्तल) and trash from that lane more than 2,000–3,000 times. When I confront them, they proudly say, "Tumhari yahi aukat hai" (This is all you are worth). 🗣️

Blocking the Path: They intentionally park their bikes 🏍️ in the narrow lane. If we politely request them to park inside their own space, they immediately start a physical scuffle and come to our doorstep to beat us up. 🥊

Illegal Encroachments: One neighbor has illegally opened a gate opening directly onto our private property, and threatens us saying, "Makan banaoge to chajja nikal ke dikhana, bata denge." The other neighbor has installed a main gate that opens outwards into the lane, completely blocking it, which is 100% illegal. 🚪❌

🤬 Personal Harassment & Character Assassination:

Targeting My Family: Years ago, I brought my two nephews over to stay and study at my place. These neighbors brainwashed and manipulated those young kids against me so badly that they ended up leaving my house. 😔 They also used to brutally mentally torture my late mother when she was alive. 🕊️

Harassing My Wife: I got married 3 years ago (in 2023). These neighbors tried to talk to my wife without her consent and attempted to poison her mind against me. Thankfully, my wife immediately recognized their bad intentions, informed me, and we strictly distanced ourselves. Even now, when she goes out to buy milk in the evening, they catcall and harass her. 😡

Targeting My Work (WFH): I currently work in an international BPO. (To give context, I am well-educated—I've cleared over 30 banking prelims and given IBPS PO interviews thrice, while they act like completely illiterate goons). Because I work from home (WFH) to avoid daily fights, they have cut my WiFi wire more than 20 times! 🌐✂️

🚨 Actions Taken So Far (And Why They Failed):

Police Complaints: I have called the police multiple times and filed 2-3 formal complaints at the local police station. Police comes, warns them, and leaves. After a few days, the neighbors resume the exact same behavior. 🚓🤷‍♂️

Women's Helpline: Filed a complaint with the Women's Helpline regarding the harassment my wife faces. The helpline sent a formal notice, but these neighbors refused to accept the notice. ✉️❌

Lok Shikayat (Public Grievance): Filed an official complaint through Lok Shikayat, but absolutely no relief has been granted yet. 📄⏳

😰 The Impact on My Family:

This has broken our family apart. My elder brother (who is a Planning Officer) and my younger brother (a Bank Officer) have stopped visiting our ancestral home entirely just to avoid these people. 🚫🏠

I am stuck here due to financial constraints. Sometimes, I lock myself inside for an entire week out of fear. I have a 2-year-old son 👶. I am terrified of what they will do to him when he starts going to school. What will be his mental state? 🧠📉

⚖️ My Fears regarding the Court/Legal System:

I want to file a proper court case, but:

They are highly influential, have local relatives everywhere for backup, and have a lot of money. 💰

I am genuinely terrified of the old saying that rich people can buy out lawyers or influence the system. 🏛️💸

I fear that if I step out, they will physically assault me, file a fake counter-case, and get me locked up—which will completely ruin the future of my wife and child. 😭

Address:- Ram nagar, Nawada, Bihar

❓ My Question to Reddit:

How do I get permanent relief from this path obstruction and daily harassment? 🛣️🛡️

If anyone doubts my story, I have clear photos and video recordings of their actions and can share them as proof. 📸📹

Please, legal experts and mature Redditors, tell me what to do. How can I safely deal with such fearless, uneducated, and protected goons when the administration is failing us? 🙏🆘

The Harsh Reality of Indian Corporate Life: When a BPO Employee Earns Less Than a Street Vendor or Govt Peon 💔📉

The Breaking Point: High Qualifications, Zero Reward 🎓❌

Is it just me, or has the system completely broken down? 🤦‍♂️ Nowadays in India, even an egg seller on the street or a peon in a government office ends up making more money than a hard-working corporate employee.

We study our entire lives, clear tough interviews, acquire communication skills, and work under immense pressure—only to struggle to make ends meet at the end of the month. It feels like a massive slap in the face. How is this fair?! 😡

The Numbers Just Don’t Add Up (The Reality of Exploitation) 💸🧮

To give you a real example of the scale of this corporate greed: I work for an international BPO, handling operations for a major heart clinic chain based in the US. 🏥🇺🇸

●🏢 The clinic has 40+ branches.

●🩺 For a single patient visit, they make approx. $300 just for tests.

●🗓️ For follow-ups and new patient appointments, they pull in another $90 and $140 respectively.

●👥 Thousands of patients visit these offices daily. The revenue they generate per month is astronomical! 🚀

And what do they pay the offshore team running their entire backend operations? A meager ₹20,000 INR per month (approx. $212 USD). 🪙 There are fewer than 20 employees in our call center. Even after factoring in infrastructure, management, and tech costs, paying the core team $212 a month while generating millions is extreme corporate abuse.

🔥 When an employee gives a company a 1000% return on value, getting back just a tiny fraction as salary isn't "business"—it’s pure exploitation.

The Mental Toll and Societal Impact 🧠📉

This isn't just about the money; it’s about dignity. When a less-educated guy can look down on you simply because his unorganized business or secure government peon job pays more than your corporate gig, it breaks your morale. 😞

This exact disparity is why the Indian youth is facing a massive wave of depression. 📉 It is exactly why our ranking in the Global Happiness Index is so low. When a nation fails to value knowledge, education, and hard work, it completely hampers overall societal development. 🛑

Why is the Government Silent? 🏛️🤫

Why aren’t there strict regulations for fair pay based on the nature of the work, the revenue generated, and the educational qualifications of the employee? 📜🤔

Why is the corporate sector allowed to treat qualified Indian youth as cheap, disposable labor without any checks and balances? It shows a complete lack of vision in how a nation's workforce should be governed. 🗺️❌

Would love to hear your thoughts. 💬 If you are working in the BPO/corporate sector, how are you dealing with this burnout and wage stagnation? 😰👇

🚫Facing Extreme Discrimination and Toxic Leadership at an International BPO – How Do I Handle This?

Hi everyone,

I am writing this with a heavy heart and a lot of frustration about the toxic workplace culture and blatant discrimination I am currently facing.

I work as a consultant at a well-known International BPO, where our job involves scheduling appointments and handling queries for US-based healthcare patients. I have around 4 years of overall BPO experience, including 1 year and 7 months in the international sector. In my entire career, even US-based patients or clients have never spoken to me disrespectfully.

Yet, my Team Leader (who is from Tamil Nadu) treats me like dirt.

🛑 The Incident

Yesterday (June 29, 2026), I made a very minor mistake. Instead of guiding me professionally, my TL screamed at and humiliated me so badly that I was on the verge of tears. The way he speaks to me makes me feel completely degraded, as if my education and background mean nothing.

What hurts the most is the double standard. Staff from other states and even staff from another country make major blunders, but he speaks to them with utmost respect, calmly explaining their mistakes as if they are royalty. But when it comes to me, even a tiny oversight results in absolute hostility.

💼 My Background vs. How I'm Treated

It’s not like I lack credentials. During my team introduction, everyone (including the TL) was made aware of my background:

🎓 I have cleared over 30 banking prelims exams and qualified for IBPS PO interviews 3 times.

🏛️ My father is a Retired Bank Branch Manager, my elder brother is a Gazetted Officer, and my younger brother is a Bank Officer.

📈 I have a solid 4-year track record in the BPO sector overall, out of which 1 year and 7 months of experience is purely in an international BPO.

I had to face similar discrimination and internal politics during my banking preparation days, which cost me a job back then. Now, when I am working hard in the private sector for a modest salary of ₹20k/month to support my family, I am being targeted again.

📉 The Toll It's Taking

🏠 I am a married man with a young child. This constant mental harassment and targeted bias are severely affecting my mental health.

🧠 If this toxic environment leads to any extreme stress or mishap, who will take care of my wife and kid?

⚖️ I am not saying I shouldn't be corrected for my mistakes. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

📌 But why the separate rules? Why are people from certain regions treated with dignity while I am singled out and humiliated?

This kind of regional bias and discrimination inside our own country is disgusting. It feels like a deliberate attempt to break my confidence and target my identity.

How should I handle this situation? Should I escalate this to HR, or is it better to look for a quick exit? Has anyone else faced such extreme regional targeting in corporate setups?

नवादा में दबंगई! गंदा पानी गिराने से रोका तो महिला से मारपीट की कोशिश 🚨

🚨 Playing with women's safety and dabangi! When will we get justice?

This video clearly shows how our neighbors Shyamdev (father: Parmeshwar Mahto) and Shambhu's wife are torturing our family. Dirty water is being deliberately dumped continuously from above in the narrow common alley.

Today, on June 13, when my wife opposed this filth, these people came to our home to attack and be abusive. They have no fear of the law in their arrogance of money and influence. They have ignored police warnings before.

If immediate action is not taken, there could be a big mishap. I humbly request @NawadaPolice and @bihar_police to provide us safety and take strict legal action against them. 🙏
