How to let go of resentment?

There's someone who "I" believe has done me wrong. I was so hurt by their actions.

Their intentions were probably not to hurt me, Allah knows better.

I adore them a lot, but sometimes when I remember every pain they've brought me, I become quite resentful, and hate them a bit, i don't want to operate from my ego.

I've never cursed or wished bad upon them, rather everytime I feel hurt, i ask Allah to bless them, to forgive them, and to purify my heart and to humble me.

They're quite a lovely person, i want to see good in them, in fact, they've a lot of good in them. Their ikhlaaq is commendable, Ma Sha Allah.

I don't want to hold grudges or impurify my heart with hatred for them.

But when I try to see good in them, it hurts and feels unjust to me.

What if they're very dearer to my lord? How can I be resentful towards them?

I want to let go of this resentment.

Today I'm grateful for my heartbreak and friends 💗

Currently going through a nerve wracking heartbreak, but I'm glad that I get to experience it right now, when life isn't so busy or hard yet, when I'm surrounded by lovely friends.

I'm so grateful for my friends and I love them a lot. Even when I isolate myself, they continuously be texting me to check up on me, which sometimes is annoying, but i genuinely cannot imagine going through this heartbreak on my own.

I love how'd they cherish me, give me hopes, show affection without even knowing what I'm going through.

I'm surrounded by so much love and comfort which I sometimes take for granted or neglect.

I'm so grateful for having friends, god bless them.

I feel bad for my boyfriend.

I'm 17F and my boyfriend 18M been dating for 7 months now, (it's my first time being in a relationship) I didn't know how severe my bpd was until i got into a relationship. This man is such a sweetheart, he's very lovely, he contemplates things a lot and feels very deeply. On our first date, this man legit had tears in his eyes, he was admiring me a lot. Because of my bpd, i lowkey ruined our relationship, i kept threatening him with leaving to a point that he's lowkey scared of loving me too deeply now. I know I've put him through torture, accused him of cheating, made him feel like a bad boyfriend overall. I get extreme breakdowns over little things, he feels guilty for my breakdowns and he feels like that he's the one hurting me, now he's very cautious and lowk scared of triggering me. I'm taking therapy and i try to regulate my emotions and think a bit rationally but honestly i feel guilty and bad for this man, he's still in a relationship w me (perhaps because he pity me?) I genuinely do not know what to do, i love this man a lot and i want to fix things. God bless him, he didn't deserve any of this :(. I genuinely want to get better and make him feel safe with me again. How can i make him feel safe again?

Jungian, what are your thoughts on over sharing w your partner?

I have bpd and tend to get triggered when I feel like I'm sharing all the little moments of my day, thoughts etc. with my partner, but don't get the same energy back. Is it unhealthy to feel like I have to share everything with my partner? Should I learn to keep some experiences to myself and enjoy them without feeling the need to tell them? I'd really appreciate a jungian perspective on this, especially regarding individuality, attachment, and maintaining a sense of self within a relationship. I usually just enjoy sharing every little detail about my day w my partner but unfortunately he gives dry energy in return as if he's not interested to which i get triggered :( i used to share everything w my close friend and they always matched my energy and did the same before and i never got triggered, so i assume it's more of an energy issue. Don't get me wrong, my partner is lovely! I guess everyone is just different, some people are not so social. I always wanted my partner to be my bestfriend but unfortunately i cannot force things. I'm okay w this i guess because he's really lovely and sweet and one of the wisest man I've ever come across, he's caring and very thoughtful asw.

What's the relation between Salah and Quantum Mechanics/Quantum entanglement.

I thought sufis would have better understanding on this, I saw a video on youtube regarding that, which made a lot of sense to me at that time, but I cannot seem to find it. If anyone here has knowledge regarding that, please share.
