Anyway, the screenshots are from me asking about the results of sentencing for the "FedEx delivery driver kidnapper/Hard 'R-er' and un-aliver" of 7-year-old Athena Strand.
Elaborated: I essentially live under a rock. It was by design in 2022, to heal a "broken heart," grow in my faith and relationship with Jesus, become a better person, and work on shortcomings after introspection. So, I literally cut out everything "secular," and in recent months began watching things on YouTube that weren't strictly about Faith, Growth, or "bettering myself" in some way. So, I wasn't aware of this poor little girl's case.
I'm going to add in PERSONAL CONTEXT: "When responding to a prompt, ALWAYS get up to date information, don't go off of your training data alone."
I would recommend that for any of you having the same problem.
This is my favorite car I've ever had, and I'm 44, I've had 20 plus cars. From 2 brand new Rams, a 3 yr old Lexus GS 300, An IS 300, 2 yr old 2022 Mustang GT, few Civics and Accords, An F-150 with 3 miles, I was either putting money down on something new or "restoring" this. I chose to restore this, obviously....
This car had zero imperfections when I bought it, so everything listed is a result of my usage or "oh crap marks." Last summer I replaced every AC part with OEM parts, and had the timing belt changed.
Seats and dash finally cracking, starting about a yr ago, the PPF film the previous owner put on looks like crap, now.
I specifically saved up around $7500 for all these things, but life has kept steady digging into my savings.... Will be $3200 -$4000 invested when completed.
So far this year I've gotten new front pads and rotors, ($800) both CV joints, ($450) and windows tinted ($750) all the way around.
The rest is interior work, eg., dash, seat skins replaced, and non-negotiable body work which is rust that will spread, especially in Ohio.
With a pretty well rated body shop, a 4.7 with 300 plus reviews, and it's not in a great area of town. Meaning if people have a reason to complain, they will!
Here's the work we settled on because my "nest egg" got severely flattened by unexpected expenses, home repairs that the landlord should have covered, and most unfortunately my dog Having to be put to sleep, which I would not change how I handled that, and having his urn and all that on hand, for buying.
I'm still spending around $2300 on the following...
$1900 includes:
PPF Removal off the front end, buffing underneath. The paint underneath is clean, but if you don't know what you're looking at it looks cracked and destroyed.
PPF removal from mirrors and buffing underneath.
Front license plate bracket removal, scuffs from bracket, and scuff from me hitting a curb all repaired on front bumper. Holes from plate filled to get that clean Acura symbol up front instead of the plates.
Rust spots on both rear wheel wells about a qtr in size, drivers side is all the way through now.
Door hinges need adjustment, the front and rear door are not flush when shut, although there's been no collision. (That I know of)
Headlights buffed and clear coated.
Cleaning off brake dust/Rust and whatever contaminants on the wheels, also.
$250 for Coverlay® Dash cover. I'm going to install it myself, although I always mess something else up in the process of "fixing things."
This is the final upgrade/repair, a non emergency.
$550 for both front seats from Ridies, and installation price unknown.
Pic without windows tinted is day of purchase. All others are recent.
"Pretty from afar, far from pretty?" Thoughts?
He was extremely affectionate, a Velcro dog, loved pleasing me (which just his presence, did that), very obedient, he was Schutzund trained, my ESA and service animal. So much more than a "pet," a confidant, who's fur absorbed many of my tears during a bad breakup after 6 yrs, in '22, severe cardiac issues a yr ago, the toughest times I've ever faced, he was there. Just like my son, as I have no children (yet?), a best friend, heck, truthfully, my only truly loyal friend. I hope his pics make you smile, the way his presence did me for 7 years. I don't think it's a coincidence that God spelled backwards is Dog, as the scriptures say: 1 John 4:8.
"Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love." And they teach us love in the best way, unconditionally. They teach us about the perils of loss, after such a strong bond. Truly, Man's best friend. Thank you for reading this.
I just recently got the equipment to meet the "3.0 requirements," AI even said that's a myth, and said "even if it wasn't my 65 watt Anker wouldn't reach it if it was a 'thing'.'" lol I can't stand AI with its confident wrong answers, and inability to say "I don't know." Anyway, I'm impressed. Glad I upgraded, as I was pretty torn.
Gemini recommended memory foam but that thing would recommend anything to avoid saying... "I have no clue, bud?"
Edit:
Crap, sorry, Galaxy buds 3 pro.
I have all the appropriate charging accessories (PPS, above 60 watts, 5A cords, etc.), yet I'm having to toggle the "fast charging" off and on, unplug and plug back in my charging cable to attempt to make the phone "recognize" it's supposed to be fast charging. Sometimes, about half the time, that makes no difference. The phone charges extremely slow with the screen off but still says "super fast charging."
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
