Using a whole bunch of mods, plus the expended Wardrobe and Virtual Atelier, and the setting that automatically scales clothing so it doesn't clip (which for someone like me that cares about in game fashion in many games may as well be black magic) i have made a tone of outfits. there are actually more than 20 but many of them are variants with different helmets, vests equipment like knives and holsters, or "stripped down" versions. I like to wear what makes sense, either hi tech merc or nomad street runner or badlands mercenary etc. The "stripped down" versions would be for moments in quests that are quiet or calm. A good example would be hanging out with Panam after rescuing Saul in Riders on the Storm. I wore the "Mercenary" outfit for that one and it makes sense to remove most of the gear before going to sleep right?

This is the mission where you lose your ballistic computer. I found a table online that had distance for every 5 degrees, but of course i need more fine adjustments. So over time i ended up with the above. It started simple with just putting the angle and distances with the yellow lines so i didn't have to alt tab. Then i added the rings so i could see the range all around and see where the target fell between them. The first shot i rough guesstimated it, then i realized that if i placed a angled white line between the intersection of the lower angle to the higher angle, measured the distance to the target with a ring, I could then drag a yellow line to the intersection of the angled white line and the dotted ring to see the exact elevation needed. For example, the yellow line marked 33.0 degrees got me a direct hit on the target with only a single HE shell.

This and timing the shell to hit the moving train so have made me feel like an absolute god and all i needed was a radius scribe and a stopwatch.

It reminds me of Riemann sums and integrals from early math classes.

I know for an absolute fact that i came up with nothing new, so i'm genuinely curious to what this is called.

From what i can see online my issue isn't what people are useally having problems with. Ive gotten my pilots license a surprisingly large amount of the navigation course carry over. This isnt a brag so much as its just me saying i get the basics. The first shot was a mistake since i miss-read the brief and thought the distance was given by the second spotter, and not that the bearing and distance was given by just the first one. But I still understand that the yellow numbers are from the point of impact. Except... the second set don't make sense, they will take me off the map as far as I understand it here.

Im stranded in Ottawa with a blown tire until thursday so i thought i could spend the time getting my Switch setup. This is more to explain why i dont just buy a jig, its because i have but its being shipped to my house.

Ive done the paperclip method before with success but it was years ago. All i really remember was how much of a bitch it was to manipulate the paperclip. Will this wire work instead?

Sorry for the length, just wanted to add lots of detail for those out there that are interested in what is happening with this beautiful dog - Here is the original post.

Edit 2 ("Edit 1" was yesterday and is at the bottom of this post): So here is what's happened after a day. We have brought her to multiple vets to get all the information and to check for a chip and to get her health checked up on, unfortunately no chip and she is a bit malnourished plus she has an ear infection, we can't get help her since she isn't our dog and because pets are property under hamilton law only the owner can do stuff (most vets though will stretch things after a few days though), it would be like "finding" a car and taking it to a mechanic to have its paint job changed. We cleaned her ears with warm soapy water later at home though.

I've also talked with the "Dream Team" guy and he was quite nice and helpful, he noticed my post on Facebook before the call and has helped to disseminate the info out there even further, he also helped us to navigate the many many shelters and laws surrounding strays, runaways, lost/found dogs etc. So don't worry, we aren't going to accidentally leave her a kill shelter or something unthinkable.

We also went to our few neighbors but none of them recognized her, given how large the area is it's hard to believe she came from to far away, three houses down is like, 4 or 5 kilometers away so no one knowing who she is strange. The facebook post I've made is blowing up a bit, with a few other people sharing the information far and wide so this is good. In the meantime she is very safe and warm and fed and watered and loved. If no one comes for her we would probably keep her, however, our current dog is also a rescue from a puppy mill and she can be a bit territorial, so it's a crapshoot putting them together. On one hand she lived for a decade with two Dobermans and was depressed when they passed, on the other she has snapped at other dogs that have just walked behind her when she was eating.

If and when we finally do find the owners and we do a hand off, well first I'll make sure they are the owners by asking for proof, but they (the Dream Team) will also act as a mediator to ensure the the dog is both safe with the owner by watching the dog's body language and that the owner will take care of the dog. So between the owner (or not owner as the case may be), shelters, and laws, she will be kept safe. In my mind the worst case scenario is that we privately find someone trusted in our social and family circle to take her in.

BUT PLEASE!!! If you are the owner or know who they are reach out. I will be asking for proof of course, but I'm sure you will be more than happy to get your best friend back.

Edit: I get the impression that most people forgot how little you have access to under levels 20 and 25, the Flea Market may unlock at level 15 but it's literally pointless below levels 20 and 25. M855 is locked until level 25 and M855A1 is locked until level 40. You also can't buy M855 from Peacekeeper until he is level 3 which is gated behind level 23. People are all "duh, keep anything above 30 pen" not remembering that is extremely hard to get when you are a low level. What i have is from the edition i bought and is impossible to replace. Im trying to figure out that super niche area in the middle where there is stuff that is completely never use garbage, and there is stuff you would still never use if you were a higher level, but until you got to that higher level is alright to use for now. Something like maybe 5.45x39 T gs, which may only be 20 pen, but that seems more than alright for most Scavsm and more importantly, i can buy it now.

First, as is always relevant, I only play PvE. When it comes to guns i only use what i like the look of, modding purely for aesthetics. I wont say the same for ammo though, i will use and keep only what is actually good. Im only level 15, though i have all but Mechanic (just need to be lvl 20) and Ragman (need to be lvl 17) up to lvl 2.

What you see in the picture is all of my ammo, all my mags are emptied out, and my ammo box is empty as well.

I'm really ADHD when it comes to what weapon i use, i basically change my entire loadout between every Raid, so its hard to say accurately what i do and don't use. 5.56, 5.45, 7.62x39, 7.62x51, 7.62x54, 9x19 are all my most used ammo types (a very shocking and surprising list im sure lol).

Also a little bit of 4.6x30 because the MP7 is super cool and small enough to justify keeping despite how niche it is.

Basically what I'm trying to learn is what is complete garbage that isn't even worth keeping.

The main issue I have is that I'm to low level to reliably keep the good stuff stocked, i need to rely on shiity low level vendor ammo. Any good ammo you see here such as M855/M855A1 is from TUE, dont laugh to hard please, my mom says im special. That's why i have a bunch of 5.45 PRS or 5.56 FMJ for example, its cheap and can drop scavs fairly reliably, but im pretty much dead if i run into a PMC lol.
