Got a chef in the area that sells soul food out of her house and I got to say it’s pretty damn good. Got some fried whiting, Mac n cheese and potato salad with her version of corn bread called crack bread. It was amazing and also got red velvet cake for dessert.

Pork tenderloin, lettuce, tomato, onion, corn, cheese and homemade ranch dressing.

Cake and Ice Cream will always be the dessert dynamic duo. Always satisfying and this was no different!

Smoked salmon is always a great summer meal. I love making my own marinade/glaze and this one came out exceptionally well.

Kind of the go to for us and not many things better to do with a smoked turkey in my opinion. I’d like to hear your ideas of what you like to make with Turkey.
