I use OSMAND mostly for hiking. I always record my hikes and I have the map on the lock screen. Sometimes during a hike I set a destination it correctly creates the track along a known trail. If I turn off the screen and immediately turn it on again it says that Navigation is finished and removes the track. It doesn't seem to happen for all destinations and I can't reliably repo it but it has been happening a lot recently.

My phone is Samsung S25 Ultra w/Android 16. OSMAND v5.3.10

I understand this is a well known problem but none of the recommended fixes have worked for me. It used to work, but something has changed.

I have a Eufy T8202 doorbell (no HomeBase). I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. The Eufy app does not raise a notification when the doorbell detects an event.

• Live view works.
• Events appear in the app list for both motion and ring.
• Notifications are enabled in the app and in the Android settings for the app.
• The app battery usage is set to unrestricted in the OS settings.
• The app is set to never sleep.
• Eufy app is latest. Android version is 16. One UI version is 8.5 .
• I have tried reinstalling the Eufy app.

Why are Eufy having such a hard time making notifications work for people? None of my other many apps have this issue.

If I take my car (E85 with N52B30A engine) for run and then park it in the garage I can smell engine oil in the garage just while it's cooling down, but no smoke/fumes. When it's cold, no smell. In the recent past I replaced the leaking oil pan gasket and OFH gaskets, and after cleaning everything thoroughly I see no evidence of any leaks anywhere. I added UV dye to the oil and have been looking for leaks for weeks but nada. Although I have not replaced the plastic valve cover I see no evidence of even the slight drip from it. Looking under the engine... dry too. My only guess is that it's something to do with the PCV system leaking a little hot oil vapor somewhere. Has anyone else out there has seen a similar problem?

I replaced both front struts and mounts on my E85. Official torque spec for the three nuts on each mount is 34 Nm. However, one of the 6 nuts stripped the threads on a new Lemforder mount. So... I ordered up a Sachs mount and one of the studs on that one just broke off at the nut. In all cases I'm using a torque wrench set a bit low and tightening them round-robin. Am I doing something wrong or is this typical for non-OEM strut mounts?

Has anyone found a good bird seed mix for this area? The stuff I have tried always has stuff the birds aren't interested in but the rats are, such as what looks like mustard seeds and the like.
